Use for chair yoga
As a senior with bad knees, my exercise equipment includes a chair and hand weights. These feel comfortable to hold. The straps allow me to put these on my feet and lift my legs to strengthen my legs. The colors make me happy. I have recommended these to friends who all thanked me.

Good Purchase for Senior Mom
These are great for my senior, bed bound mom. The strap secures around her hands, so no fear of her dropping them on herself. She can easily slip her hands in and the weight is appropriate. They’re not too big or bulky for her - good value.

Great 4lb weight Set-Soft
We bought these for mil after she had blood clots. She uses these soft weights which are comfortable and washable covers!

I use these 2 lbs weights on my rebounder and I’ve had some really good workouts using this handheld weights. Feels really secure when using.

My Mother is 89 years young and uses the 1 pound weights at her exercise classes. She loves her weights! The strap is perfect so the weight doesn't fall, very secure in your hands and there is minium effort to hold on to the weight which is important. The strap is removeable if not needed.
