First of all I would like to say that the quality and value of this product was excellent. All the extra's included (saddle bag etc) made it great value for money. Easy to assemble. Unfortunately we were not able to lower the seat sufficiently to allow for safe riding so we had to return the bike, which was a big disappointment, so although I would recommend this bike, it's probably not for shorter people.

Love this ebike! My 1st eBike. Read alot about eBikes before this. Got overwelned with choice and options TBH. I just needed an occasional use allrounder ebike as not commuting long distances every day but this could do this also IMO. (Recently car-less due to job change and life choices etc.) This bike is everything I may want or need ATM and at a good price 👍🏻 Folding bike for holidays if put in a boot or on a metro/train 👍🏻(may need a bag?) It has a rack with bags to carry possible shoping 👍🏻 Front and back light wich acts as a brake light also 👍🏻 Very easy to get on and off, change gear, steer and ride 👍🏻 It may not be the lightest or best looking but it does what it does very well for me. I was also put off buying a bike at twice the price given how theft of ebikes was a big concern in my choice. (Why spend twice as much on the best, lightest, most popular or attrative bike when its maybe not going to be there once I return from using it so krypotonite D locks was another cost to factor in to the total once I bought any ebike!) Arrived securely in a box from supplier/Tracked. Takes about a day or half a day fully unpack/dispose of waste and get my head round the battery slide in or out option and key use and taking my time reading the booklets and simple assembly like slotting in handle bars and seat etc. It arrives with tyres deflated so ended up buying a portable/auto hand pump...just be carfull of innertube not trapped on inflating as had a blow out shortly after...but blame myself as suspect trapped inner tube. Had to buy a new inner tube but easily replaced on front tyre. Note: Had to use 2 adjustable spanners for the 2 wheel nuts as the supplied tool I could not find needed size to do the job 🤔 The flat seat on the back I also struggled to remove so I could fit the supplied bags. It uses/needs a dumby small standard screwdriver pozi/phillips head on 4 of the screws but has a 5th alan key screw also. Bike also arrives with a simple manual hand pump and a set of foldable alan keys/spanner and a wire combi lock 😌 Went out on my first 6 mile ride yesterday. Its a dream to use. Considering and recommending partner and maybe my dad get themselves the same bike also for days out or holidays/ shopping. Hoping this review helps you 🙏

I have had other electric bikes from a different company but both had to be returned, this one is great only thing that is disappointing is the weight of it, it’s quite heavy considering it’s a folding bike, I have had nothing but issues with this bike, and the seller doesn’t want to help, it’s been a on going problem since I bought the bike and now it’s out of warranty they don’t want to know at all, but it’s the same issue from the start, I think it’s a manufacturer problem with the bike and no one sells them now

I have had four electric bikes and my current bike is a Volt Pulse Hybrid which currently costs over £2000. I wanted a reasonable priced folding bike for to take on holidays to France and short journeys at home. It arrived yesterday. First of all I was impressed with the care in packing the bike for transport. On opening, the instructions although I did not need them were very clear. On assembly I made some adjustments to the brakes, charged the battery and of I went on a test run. I was impressed. It is under geared in the highest mode but this does not bother me for what I would be using it for. I spent some time looking at what was available, price, reviews etc before ordering. So far so good. For the price it is hard to beat.

The cycle is really solid, so quite heavy if you intend to fold and transport regularly, but as an electric cycle it comfortable and fast. Ideal for getting from A to B as the powerful electric motor propels you effortlessly. Deals with rough ground easily due to the big tyres and front suspension. Good bright lights for night time and even has a brake light. Came well packaged and only required minimal assembly.

I bought this electric bike for the first time. The bike is very good. I like the bike very much.

Bike is sturdy, a joy to ride and very responsive with the ability to select gears and battery assist with ease. Contacted seller with a minor issue which they resolved quickly and in a friendly manor. I would recommend this company and bike.

Bought this bike over a year ago, brake cable snaps on folding the bike, the company and Amazon did not want to know. THERE IS A SERIOUS DESIGN FAULT WITH THIS BIKE, NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID. And the customer service stinks, take my advice don’t buy anything from this company. If I’d of bought it from a store, I could of returned and got my money back. Take my advice seriously. FARFREE IS MUCH BETTER

Di solito non scrivo recensioni un po' per pigrizia e anche perché non mi piace fare foto....ma questa bici merita tutta la mia stima.Oltre ad essere la più vantaggiosa come QUALITÀ/PREZZO ed è il motivo per cui principalmente mi ha attirato.....devo dire che è SPETTACOLARE....mi sto divertendo Tanto insieme ai miei figli ed a breve ne comprerò altre!E soprattutto il VENDITORE È MOLTO SERIO e disponibile ad aiutarti su qualsiasi imprecisione! Prima di acquistare questa e-bike, non avevo mai posseduto una bicicletta elettrica, quindi non sapevo esattamente cosa aspettarmi. Devo dire che questo modello ha superato di gran lunga tutte le mie aspettative. La qualità dei componenti è davvero eccellente, trasmettendo immediatamente una sensazione di robustezza e affidabilità. Il montaggio è stato sorprendentemente semplice e intuitivo, anche per chi, come me, non è particolarmente esperto di meccanica. Una volta montata, l’usabilità su strada è semplicemente fantastica: la bici si comporta egregiamente su diversi tipi di terreni, garantendo sempre una guida fluida e piacevole. L'assistenza elettrica offre un supporto ideale, permettendo di affrontare con facilità anche le salite più impegnative. Inoltre, considero il rapporto qualità-prezzo di questo modello davvero imbattibile. Con questa e-bike, ho trovato un mezzo di trasporto ecologico, pratico e divertente, che non mi ha fatto rimpiangere nemmeno per un momento l'acquisto. Me ha encantado su diseño pero me cuesta plegarla y cogerla en peso porque es bastante pesada. Por lo demás, estoy encantada con ella porque tiene tres velocidades eléctricamente y 7 manualmente por lo que es fácil de llevar
