Can this connect to phone app?

It has a line out jack socket to connect to an external speaker but that's the only connection port. You could connect that to the input socket on another device to record or mix the sound.

Does it come with a power lead

No, a power adaptor has to be bought separately. I've found most cheap variable voltage/polarity adaptors will work.

Is there a difference between the delux and normal one please?

Yes, Deluxe is bigger (W100×H440×D220mm) and has a DC5V jack to have external power and a 3.5mm Stereo mini jack so you can hear the sound from the speaker with a headphone, and there is a volume turner as well which the normal ones don't have. Hope this helps!
