Fast and Powerful little PC!
I bought this mini-PC to replace a 6-year-old laptop that was not very elegant in using dual external monitors. This mini-PC has a full feature USB-C which can pass through the video; this is a feature I only readily found on $1000 and up laptops in my searching, but this little box has it. It also has Wifi-6, which wasn't mentioned anywhere in the description. I was worried about the noise level, but it is very quiet, indeed! As for quality, I've only had it a few days, but it has been impeccable so far. Everything works as it should. The case is attractive and seems rugged enough, even though this PC will probably never leave my desk.Another big selling feature for me was the AMD Ryzen 7 5700u processor. I've only ever had Intel based PCs and laptops, but this processor compares quite favorably (even better in some cases) in the benchmarking to most Intel Core i5 processors that I compared to on laptops the $300-500 range. This PC is billed as a gaming PC, but I can't really comment on that. It's extremely fast for general everyday graphics, and graphics are also very quick on my Solitaire splash screen, but otherwise I can't add any real insight for true, heavy-duty gaming. My only final consideration, and I can't know the answer yet, is how it will hold up in the long run. To be safe I've created a Windows recovery disk and a disk image on an external SSD drive, in case of any potential failure. I run my PC 7x24 so time will tell if this machine can handle that.

Good/not so
I purchased 2 of these mini pc's a few months ago. One is working with no issue whatsoever, and one has started crashing every 30 minutes -2 hours with the BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) stating "Memory_Fault". After many windows repair options and memory checks, among other IT repair option, I am needing to get another mini pc.

No more bulky ATX cases for me
Snappy little computer! I bought it based on the specs and price, not the gaming headline. It works great for general usage, and whisper quiet too. I think my days of helping family members spec out parts and build bulky PCs are over, as this can do everything a casual user would want. Obviously this isn't going to satisfy the enthusiast with a $1000 GPU, but it has it's place and I'm very happy with it.

Compact, nice case and build quality.
I like the form factor, enclosure, and apparent build quality. I made this purchase based in large part on watching a long form video review of this exact model with the same ram/ssd configuration. The video was made within the last month and the device was unboxed as new during the video. When the reviewer took the bottom cover off, the ssd was the exact same KingSpec NX series that is in my device, but the ram contained within was two 8gb sticks of made-in-korea Samsung M471A1K43CB1-CWE. So, I was somewhat surprised when my device contained a single 16gb stick made by Wodposit. So, not only do I not get the dual channel memory configuration, but I get the inferior Wodposit btand, which consider to be pre-manufactured e-waste. I nearly returned this device because of this, but it is otherwise nice so I decided to just buy new quality memory and deposit the Wodposit stick into the e-waste bin. The cost I will incur doing this exceeds the value of the coupon for this minipc, so the purchase was not that great of a value. Otherwise, the device has run well for the past few days. I do hear the fan quite often. It is not that annoying, but it will be an adjustment for me because my prior mini was dead silent always, but it had only a N5095 cpu.

Perfect for general use
This mini PC is perfect for general use. It's not suited for gaming but for general day-to-day use, it performs great. If you use the computer mainly for browsing, shopping, and watching movies this is perfect. It's fast and very responsive. There is no annoying lag whatsoever. It loads web pages super fast and plays videos smoothly with no studdering at all.I was skeptical as the only mini PC I have tried is those old tiny netbooks and those were so slow and laggy that it was annoying and unbearable to use. That is not the case here at all.I was pleasantly surprised at how snappy and responsive this tiny PC is.I have this setup in my workshop and it's been working perfectly for general browsing, playing, music, playing movies, viewing documents, and logging data. It's so tiny that it takes up almost no space. This makes it highly portable if you want to take it with you as well.I was going to mount it to the back of a monitor for a total stealth look with the included mount but it would be too annoying to reach around the back of the monitor to turn it on and off so decided against it but it is an option if you need it to take up zero space.Overall, this is a fast general-use PC as long as you don't need it for gaming.
