So, I grew up in a Chinese household and my mother made a soup similar to this. You need boiling hot water and it should be a somewhat thick slurry as you stir. If it’s too thin, too much water. Too thick, add a splash more of boiling water. Because I’m a kid at heart, I add about a teaspoon of sugar while I’m mixing. You can add honey if you prefer. This is a bland tasting drink with the flavor coming mainly from the fruits and nuts that are added in. It’s not meant to be a dessert or anything like that. It’s good for the immune system and for inflammation, which is why I’m drinking it because it will help my arthritis. There are many benefits to osmanthus, so I suggest you look it up. This soup is more of like taking a vitamin but you can drink as much as you want and with a little sugar (if I had rock sugar I would use that but I’m out) it can be a delightful meal supplement.

I kept seeing videos of people drinking this and finally decided to try it out. I am happy I took the plunge because it is really good. I drink a cup everyday at work when I start to get hungry and it keeps me full till it’s time to get off work so it really helps with cutting back on snacking. Highly recommend this! I will continue to purchase.

First time trying as I always saw it all over in videos first taste very sweet but perfect for when you have a sweet tooth and want something healthy. Definitely recommend

This stuff was good except I am not much of a city water taste person and the clear stuff tasted like city water. But the fruits and nuts taste really good!!
