We are adding this to our cool down space at school. This has many great phrases and reminders that we try to work with our kids on a daily basis. It is great that it is organized in short phrases. At times that is all a student can process when they are feeling anxious or overwhelmed. This has the flexibility to be hung on the wall or stand up with the metal rod that you screw into the back. It is light enough to use a couple command strips to stick it on the wall. Always like the option of having something printed on canvas vs a poster that I have to frame.

I started getting compliments on this from my co-workers before I even mounted it on the wall. As a mental health professional, I like to have things like this in my office to help inspire/support others who might see a message on it that resonates with them. this is a very nice canvas to place by somewhere you can see it when you leave home. it's very encouraging and is a good reminder for self everyday. Its colorful so it brighten up my day since I got it. Is nice to leave home with positive attitude to go on with the day. I love this.
