It works the way it’s supposed to. This device, combined with some heavy duty double sided tape, sits nicely on the back of my tv stand so all the wires stay hidden. I can easily switch back and forth between gaming consoles instead of switching cords around like I was before I bought it. The only “gripe” I really have is that it doesn’t stay on whichever output you left it on, so you have to set it every time, but it’s really not a big deal.

It is easy to set up. I share one display with two computers. There us one button to push to switch which computer feeds the screen. When I push the button, it switches 80 to 90% of the time. The other times, the screen switches to a blank screen. I cannot tell if the computer is confused or the switch is not working. I suspect it is an issue with the computer not sensing the display. I am switching between a newer MacBook Air and a Windows Laptop. The blank screen is always when going to the MacBook. The solution is to push the button again to go to Windows and then switch to the MacBook. That works most of the time. This is an inexpensive solution that works well enough.

We had a Fire Stick, a ROKU stick and a DVD player with HDMI ports and only two inputs on the TV. This solves the problem perfectly. Just switch it from one to the other when needed.

Read good reviews. Once I used it for my PS5 and Apple TV. It would stop working. Couldn't connect it with surround sound.

Easy plug and play item. No need for instructions. I needed this for my PS5 and Switch 2 connected to my gaming monitor. My problem was that my gaming monitor only has 1 HDMI port. So this port had an HDMI going to the PS5 but if I wanted to play on my switch, I'd have to unplug the HDMI going to my PS5 and switch it over to the Switch 2 dock. This is a huge waste of time. I dealt with it in the past but why when I can buy a simple $20 switch to solve this problem? I now have it so the monitor connects to the HDMI switch, which then connects to my PS5 and my Switch 2. I can now have both devices on and switch from one device to another with one click of a button. No need to bend down and unplug/replug the HDMI cable, which is very nice! Also, if you want a set up like mine, you will need 3 HDMI cables instead of 1. So far it's working well for me. The only con is that it takes 10-15 seconds to switch but it's not that big of a deal

Great switch, easy to setup and use. Used it to switch between my PlayStation 5 and my Nintendo switch.

UPDATE: after my review below, the seller reached out and made things right. Impressed by the customer service and really appreciate the quick contact. Upgrading the rating to 3/5 stars (they didn’t ask me to). I bought this item in Aprilish 2024. The first unit was a dud, so it was replaced. The replacement worked fine until last week, when it died completely. I’ve reached out to the seller, so let’s see how that goes… When it does work, the picture quality is excellent and switching sources is easy (button on unit). They need to tighten up QC on these, but they’re an okay solution to a common problem.
