The assembly instructions are unclear and it was a bit of a task putting it together. I'm a service guy so I regularly put things together for the first time (pumps, motors, machines, etc) and this sure wasn't the easiest job I've had, though I think most people could approach it assuming they have a half decent basic tool kit.The biggest thing for me is that it just isn't comfortable for someone my size and weight (6'2" 220 lbs) who prefers a firm bed. The wooden slats are very weak and they would bow considerably under my weight. My mattress became significantly softer and that was an issue.THE SOLUTION: I went to the lumber yard and grabbed some 1x4 furring strips. These are just thin boards. The spaces between the original slats is exactly 3.5" and today's 1x4 is actually 3.5". So, I threw them between the original boards and mounted them using 1-1/4" self tapping panhead style screws so they don't have sharp edges or protrude from the wood to the mattress. This has resulted in a significantly stronger and firmer bed.Another thing that sucks is LED lights are just stapled to the bed and the remote uses old antiquated IR technology instead of Bluetooth so you have to move and aim the remote and mount the IR receiver somewhere. So cheesy. The LED is also un independently from the claimed charging station so if you want to plug the bed in you need to plugs, one for the charging and one for LED.The only cool thing about this bed is the lifting storage feature, and that's only because I have a small downtown apartment.Not very satisfied for the price.

The gas struts doesn’t work at all, it’s just solid pieces . I need a replacement for them both.When I installed them, the bed wouldn’t go down at all, I had to uninstall them.

The media could not be loaded.  La entrega fue a tiempo. Llegaron dos cajas grandes, en una estaba el espaldar de la cama y en la otra los tubos y los lados de la cama. Fue fácil instalarla, tomó su tiempo pero se puede sin ayuda. Las luces las puedes ajustar a tu gusto, sea que alumbren mucho o poco. Al igual puedes escoger el color que desees y si parpadea o no. Lo controlas desde el celular y verdaderamente es perfecta. Es fácil subir y bajar la cama, con el tiempo actualizo ese detalle. Hoy es el primer día de uso y veremos como está con el tiempo.

We bought this for my teenage daughter. She assembled it nearly by herself with only minimal help from my husband. It looks great in her room and is solidly stout. We paired it with a 10" memory foam mattress. Would certainly recommend the purchase.

Overall Bed is nice but the gas shock pieces won’t allow the bed to stay up or go down, I tried messaging someone but got no help, faulty part and bad customer service. I would like new and working parts please.

Worst decision I have made. Very cheap hardware and pieces that make impossible for the bed to be assembled. On top of that, they want me to disassemble it and give it back to them so I can have my money back. I have waisted two hours of my day already plus the other two hours that it will take me to put it back in boxes. Shame on this product.
