This item is damaged. I had to return for a better moped

The screws were not tight some fell out. The create it came in was damaged. The scooter had several problems. 1) the screws went through the faring on 4 different pieces , two on the farings were broken where they put the screw in to tight, like you wouldn't I ow it broke through and put an extra crake in it. Like you would know, poor craftsmanship, poor operators on your factory. Headlight bezel had to have two points cut off just to get it on the scooter and screwed down. The rack on the back they strippedthescrews in it, how you suppose to attach the trunk to it and still have the rack o it to. Well it's has to be tap and die to fix the stripped areas on it. I didn't receive the oil to change it out. Don't know what kind of gas to use. I've sent back information to the company 3 times , no reply. Other than the listed complaints, nice scooter, big! Wide seat, looks pretty nice. Wish it didn't have all that damage to it. I took pictures.

Would give zero stars if I could Never send you the parts they say they’re gonna send you. You can’t find any parts for these bikes pad replace the battery twice the other bike they sell HHH 125 cc motorcycle is extreme garbage. Do not waste your money.

Was not Informed that after I received the moped that I had to call the state side dealer In Order to get the actual title needed by the DMV to register the bike and get plates.

I ordered the Sports 150 for $1030 but received the Vienna 150 instead. Both bikes appear to be identical other than the manufacturer nameplate and the scooter nameplate. The scooter arrived on time and an excellent condition. No damage anywhere. It does take two people to unpack and assemble. The only real problem I had was installing the hood, which is attached by four screws. I had to rearrange wiring and remove some unnecessary plastic associated with the headlights in order to get the hood to fit. I did discover that one of the rear shocks was not connected on the bottom so everything should be checked in detail before you start riding it. I had to contact the seller in order to get a proper title and bill of sale so I could register the bike. It was no problem however and they were very courteous and helpful. So far I only have about 25 miles on the scooter with no issues. I did note a couple of differences between the description and the actual bike. It does not have ABS brakes and it does not have LED lighting. But the brakes and lighting are both very good. I've ridden it at night and tested the stopping power which is excellent. I would highly recommend this dealer. The process was excellent in every way. I would also highly recommend this scooter for anyone that has the skills and tools necessary to assemble and maintain it properly. I would not recommend this for anyone that would ordinarily use a dealer to perform services. I have always preferred to do my own work on my bikes so this is not a problem for me. So get you one of these scooters. It's excellent.
