So easy to use for someone that sucks at painting nails normally. Nail polish lasts for days. Nail polish doesn't smudge as easy as opi, or sally Hansen. Worth the money for doing your nails at home and not paying to get them done. Looks professional.

This is great!!The first time I used it, I did not do a very good job on application and it chipped right away. I took my time the second time, and am currently on day nine and it is just starting to chip on the corners on my dominant hand. This pays for itself given it cost less than one trip to my nail person. Definitely recommend but be neat with the application.

The light is a little small, but doable. The blooming gel was a nice addition that I wasn't aware would come with the set. I made galaxy nails with the sparkly blackish blue as a base color, cured it, and added the blooming gel. I used the supplied detail brush to swirl white and dark pinks into the blooming gel and curing it when I like the spread. It works well. I keep alcohol pads handy. If you completely cure a color and it feels a little sticky on top (more common with darker colors), a swipe with some rubbing alcohol fixes it. All in all it's a good deal and a lot of fun to play with.

PLEASE do not buy this, I beg of you!! The price is truly amazing for everything you get in this kit, there is no question about that. I was able to use it for 9 months without any issues at all.But about a month ago, I finished a manicure and the next day 4 of my nailbeds were in so much pain. When I took off the polish, my nails were SEVERELY burned underneath the nail. I decided to give my nails a rest for about 3 weeks, during which time the skin underneath started to peel away from the nail. Thinking it was a random one-off occurrence, I tried another manicure after a few weeks, but ALL of my nails were in severe pain the next morning. I promptly removed the polish and will be tossing the whole kit.DO YOUR RESEARCH, PLEASE!! I wish I had before I bought this kit - This is not an uncommon occurrence!! The ingredients in these polishes are incredibly cheap and are not regulated, as they are made in other countries, so allergic reactions develop frequently. These same chemicals are not present in more reputable brands, however. If you really value your gel manicures, spend the extra money to go with a better professional-grade brand!!

This was my first time doing my own gel nails at home. I could not be any happier with the results I was able to achieve with this kit. The manicure tools were surprisingly high quality, there was a great assortment of polish colors, and the UV dryer was very easy to use.I did make one mistake my first time using the kit - I turned on the lamp to test the light and accidentally left it on as I was painting the base coat and it started to cure prematurely. Now the little base coat brush is hard, but that was 100% due to my inexperience working with gel. Despite the mistake, I was still able to achieve a great result.If you're hesitating at all about whether or not to buy this kit - just do it! Using this kit is as easy as painting your nails with regular polish (if not easier) and the results are impeccable. Plus, the value is amazing. I've only done my nails once and the kit has already paid for itself.

I love how easy it is to use! The colors are beautiful and I’m ready to buy more colors. I’m OBSESSED with the matte top coat. I work with cannabis at a distribution company in Humboldt ca. I wear gloves all day long. With regular nail polish, it would chip and just flat out come completely off my finger nails the day after I do them because of my gloves. So I am so happy that I got this because it doesn’t chip or just come off. I told my boss about it and she is going to buy herself and her daughter this as gifts for her daughters birthday. Buy this! You won’t regret it!!UPDATE! They lasted 2 weeks! And my job has me wearing gloves all day and I come in contact with so many different elements at work from alcohol, cleaning trays, trimming, vacuuming (constantly jamming my fingers honestly lol) so I am AMAZED! I repainted them white and the rose gold-ish glitter. I love it. So does my boyfriend lol no longer has to wait for my nails to dry to do anything lol
