Don't really write too many reviews but I'm so impressed with this book. The detail is magnificent. Seems sturdy and honestly its so lovely. I'm really happy with this purchase.

Arrived promptly. Good size. Easily folds out to form 3d dolls house then can be folded back up and slipped on the bookcase. Separate card figures. For the price a very nice item. Grandchildren loved the details. Highly recommend.

Had this as a child and was great to be able to own this again, brings back memories

This is a brilliant unique idea for those who are into dolls houses and/or victorian times. The details that have been put into each room are wonderful and eye catching. It's also great that it folds away to save space and can be easily transported around.

My granddaughter played with this for ages,the detail is incredible

I bought this for my daughters aged 8 and 9 for christmas along with the usborne slot together victorian house, my younger daughter preferred this one and plays with alot. This is more traditional than the usborne one and more realistic. I think my daughter likes the fact that you can open the book and it pops up into a doll house straight away ready to play with. She also loves to open it up and look at all the details in it and she loves to open and close the doors and look for all the little things hidden away. She now loves victorian things and wants a victorian themed bedroom and a collection of victorian dolls. I don't think I would give it to a child much younger than 8years old because it is very delicate and needs to be well looked after if you want it to last. I am now looking to buy others in this collection.

I was given a similar book recently from a friend and my little one loved it so much we bought this one to go with it. It's got such beautiful details! I'm not sure why there's not more of these, instead of all the cheap plastic houses. This is handy as it folds back up into a book for storage. It comes with multiple characters to play with as well. It opens into 4 separate sections and has 8 little rooms which is lovely for childrens imagination.. Very happy :)

When we were young my mother bought us one of this back home, i was ecstatic when i saw this is still existing in the market, so bought this for my 4yo niece and she loves it very much, it doesn’t take up space just fold it and keep it. Doesn’t look cheap as well.

Das Buch ist wirklich sehr schön. Das aufklappbare Puppenhaus ist detailreich und hat sogar Zubehör, das man selbst aufbauen kann. Eine wirklich tolle Geschenkidee für Sammler!

Cartotecnica strepitosa. Le mie figlie lo adorano e ci giocano con le bamboline mini delle principe ( le figurine di carta allegate sono pressoché inutili invece). Un po’ caro forse ma se trattato con cura è un gioco molto bello, salvaspazio è facile da portarsi ovunque

So much detail--this is an absolutely beautiful collectible! Every door opens up into another room. Closet doors open, and every room is filled with Victorian detail. Little paper dolls included. The book folds open and ties to keep the 8 rooms open to view.I couldn't be happier with my purchase--arrived quickly and brand new condition.

Hermosa, tiene muchos detalles, y personajes de la casa, algunos compartimientos se abren, obviamente se debe tratar con mucho cuidado. Espero y el fabricante haga más modelos de este tipo de libros

I have wanted to order this Victorian Doll House Book for a long time, and I finally decided not to wait any longer. This item is both fun, and lovely. I am happy with the quality. It's fun for both book and doll lovers of all ages. I was concerned that the book would not include little paper dolls to go with the item, because the other reviews were not clear on that. However, if a person orders a new book, on one of the pages there is a fold out that includes paper dolls: Momma, Poppa, two daughters, a young woman who is either an older daughter or a governess, and other items to use for play. I think if this book is to be ordered for play it would be best for children of the ages 4 and over. I am sure this Victorian Doll House book would be wonderful for side-by-side play with a child and adult investigating the house and its features together.
