I got this to get into the tight areas while automobile cleaning, especially between seats and beside the console. It easily fits on the end of most standard canister vacuums and concentrates suction for extra power. If you like to keep your car clean, this is a must.

I was looking forward to putting this tool to work in my garage and shop but unfortunately it did not fit either of my two shop vacs or our assortment of upright and cannister vacuum cleaners we had in the house. I did have a tiered rubber hose adapter that somewhat fit but it wasn't very elegant and only worked without a lot of pressure used so not useful for that reason (nozzle kept coming loose and falling off at the slightest provocation).If the seller provides the proper adapter to make this fit a standard 1-1/4-inch shop vac hose, I would give this a 5-star rating because it is well constructed and would work well. For now, this nozzle is useless to me and gets a 1-star rating

It did fit my vacuum head, but it was a hard push. As for cleaning power, seems about the same. I'm not convinced its better than other crevice tools

I got this extractor accessory to use with my shopvac which has standard sized adapters for crevices, vehicles, floor and different other accessories, so i don't think i didn't have the right hose diameter or adapter for other brand accessories because every other accessory I've purchased has been compatible and fit snugly when used.Having said that, it fits on the hose but won't sit snug, i had to add a little bit of plastic tape around it which was annoying to put and take off but since i'll only be using this very sporadically it wasn't a big deal, but if i had to do this on a daily basis it would have been a major inconvenience.Once that was done, the extraction part went fine, it did a good job extracting the foam from the carpet after been brushed and its sturdy, it didn't bend or crack even after heavy pressure.Overall it lost a star due to not fitting snugly, but does a good job at what it's supposed to do.
