Exceeded expectations by a long shot!
We just purchased this faucet through Amazon as a test before we do a full overhaul remodel on our kitchen. My husband prefers the commercial spring coil faucets such as this one, and my only must have is the "pause' button that allows you to stop the flow temporarily as you're washing dishes, the dog, etc. I wasn't sure I'd like the design, and my husband was concerned that the cord wouldn't reach to the bottom of the sink when you pulled down (not only does it pull all the way down, but there’s room to spare and it can pull even further.) I must say, for the low cost (compared to manufacturers like Kohler, Delta, and higher end) this faucet far exceeds my expectations. Granted this has only been installed in our kitchen for a day, but I plan to do a follow up after a few months to update if any leaks spring or malfunctions take place. The installation was relatively easy - once we pried out our basically fused to the sink, rusty, nasty 25+ year old previous faucet. I ordered the plate that is included in the same listing for the faucet, and was delighted that not only was it a perfect match material/finishwise, but it fit the faucet itself to a tee! We ended up using the supply hoses that came with the faucet, due to the low profile design, our previous supply hoses did not work out. Which was perfectly fine, they needed replacing in my opinion anyhow. The instructions themselves weren't the best in the world, but they got the job done for someone who has a basic working knowledge of how plumbing goes. It also helps if you have an assistant that can hold the faucet in place up top, while it's being mounted into place from the person working under the sink. Our biggest issue came when we were nearly complete, and it instructed to run the water for a full minute before attaching the sprayer head. When we hit the water, it came blasting out and blew out the O ring that contained a mesh lining straight into the drain, never to be seen nor heard from again. :( We attached the head and found water squirting out everywhere, the O ring is in fact necessary.... fortunately we found a spare O ring (see pic) that we're using until the manufacturer can hopefully send a replacement part. It works great right now, but I'm sure the mesh lining is necessary to keep debris from entering the sprayer head to not cause it an untimely demise. Overall, amazing results for a budget friendly faucet. We weren't ready to redo the entire kitchen, but the faucet desperately needed replacing and this is does the job better than we were hoping. Strong durable materials, appears to be well made. Definitely would recommend this to others looking for an easy DIY update.

Wow what a great faucet!
This is a solid product. Admit I was skeptical at first, but it has proven to be a true workhorse, providing significant spraying power and control (the “pause” button is a game changer). Compared to the excellent functionality, the style is actually the second best feature. It’s beautiful. The oil rubbed bronze has tinges of copper which match my copper sink. I was looking at faucets over 5 times the cost and the quality is similar, if not better. The lever control is sensitive enough to manage spray levels with just a slight touch of the hand, which is particularly important after handling food and needing to wash your hands using the back of your hand to turn on the spray. I can’t say enough good things. Would highly recommend.

Great Purchase!
We were nervous about this purchase since we had never heard of the brand and the price is significantly lower than other brands at the big box retailers, but we needed a replacement pretty quickly so we went with it. Needless to say, we have been super happy with this faucet! We have had it now for several months and I am happy to report no leaking or other problems. It was pretty easy to put together and it looks amazing. I would definitely recommend this!

... faucet a couple of months and it's been working great. It looks nice
We've had this faucet a couple of months and it's been working great. It looks nice, it has a ton of pressure for getting food off the dishes. I like how it swivels and is easy to pull out and then attach back. The button to switch back and forth for different water streams is a bit tough to push. I'm thinking with time it will loosen up. It's also taking a bit of time to get use to slightly turning the water on. When I turn it on, it goes right to full pressure. It's been an adjustment from our last faucet on getting it to lightly turn on, but again, something that will come with time.

Guests ask how much I paid for my faucet
This is a great kitchen faucet. I wanted a faucet that ran like a restaurant faucet, where you could leave the tap on and squeezed the handle to release the water, and thought this was it. In actuality, it runs like a regular faucet but has has a cut-off button on the faucet head. I was originally disappointed, but it's worked out fine. The button is terrific, you can fill a larger pot next to your sink without getting water on the counter (we have wood counters so this is a plus). My guests, who know my kitchen remodel was done on a tight budget, think I splurged on the faucet. Even my contractor was surprised when I told him the price. The faucet came packed so nicely he was also convinced I spent a ton.

Very nice Faucet
We really like this faucet. The design is not what I would have chosen initially, but my wife said she had used one at someone else's house and liked it. Now that we have it I think it is fantastic. Moves easily, switches from stream to spray nicely. Very versatile. We have gotten a lot of complements. Comes with everything you need and is well packaged.

Awesome
I LOVE THIS FAUCET! Looked at so many others and decided to go with this one. Great quality and beautiful. Installed myself and it was fairly simple to do, other than the awkwardness of trying to get to everything with limited space behind the sink. Spray pressure is great and having the pull-down function on this style faucet is a huge plus, as not all have them.

Great faucet!
Great quality so far. Installation went pretty well except I was a little confused about a little black washer tie wrapped to one of the inlets. There was all ready a washer in the inlet and did not seem necessary. I left it out and so far no leaks so I'm still a little confused. Also they didn't give much length on the copper inlet pipes so you should install the flex hoses onto the sink before you drop it in. It looks and feels of excellent quality hopefully looks are NOT deceiving and it lasts.
