I bought this doctor kit for my 3 year old granddaughter. She loved the fact it came with a coat and mask. Although you don’t see the coat in the picture on the box it was inside the case along with the mask. When the case open it turns into an office. I would recommend

I got it for my daughter's 3rd bday and she's obsessed with this now. She carries her doctor case around all day long and plays doctor all day long. Only thing that scared me was the attachable strap for the box so you can carry it around over the shoulders. Well my daughter put it around her neck and started twisting the box almost choking herself. I removed the strap and everything's been fine since. It's worth the money so far but for Littles I would recommend to just store the strap away and not use it. It's not really necessary to have anyway.
