No noise, nice power. Budget friendly.
Dawn Pro is impressive not only at this price but it really sounds great. It has decent power, volume buttons, works in Windows and Android. It's mostly transparent and a touch of warmth. It's my favorite portable amp right now. Pro tip for people having trouble with Android. You have to use an app to get around the limits of Android. HiByMusic is a free app, USB Audio Player Pro is a paid option. These apps have a USB driver that works around the limits and connects to the DAC.

Powerfull and good sound quality
Perfect for what it's worth. I also have the $250 m15i and I prefer the Dawn Pro. The m15i has an artificial soundstage width in my opinion achieved with an echo that doesn't convince me. It also doesn't highlight the high frequencies like this Dawn Pro. m15i is warmer, Down Pro is more analytical which I like more.Down Pro is even more powerful than m15i in terms of volume

Matchbox size high-powered dongle DAC/Amp with cable
It is wonderful in size and sound. It is the size of a box of matches. It has enough power for IEMs and over-the-ear headphones. Most dongles with fixed cables have connection issues after a while, these won't. They can run Ballance, so there is even more power available. The build quality is very good, and functionality or ease of use is simple: two buttons handle the volume—the larger one is louder, and the smaller one is quieter.

Highly recommend!
Definitely cool looking and just decent build quality. It makes your iems sound amazing! I highly recommend this especially for the price. Comes in a cool tin and is super easy to use. Just make sure you pull the foam out to access the cable underneath and the instructions at the bottom of the tin

Great sound... when it works. (TL:DR Do NOT buy this for use with PC)
I bought this because I had moved my PC away from my desk, and use a USB C dock. Everything works great until I plug in this DAC. Not only does it limit support to the lowest quality setting (and a flashing red light... yes it gets distracting quick), there are constant, irregularly timed drop-outs that disrupt my connection to the PC. Remove the MoonDrop, problems go away. Reached out the the manufacturer, who said that I must have a defective unit, and despite the fact that they have drivers and a Firmware update listed specifically for this device (the firmware software can't detect it either). So I ordered a replacement, and exact same issues. So if you are using this on a Phone, I guess it will be good, but DO NOT buy this for PC. Computer support is terrible.

A SERIOUS PRODUCT THAT PUNCHS WELL OUT OF ITS PRICE BRACKET
Bought this as a Christmas present. In order to make sure it worked and was not a dud, i tried it using my Samsung 23+ using my HiSenior Megafest EST, using Double twist player and a long list of combo flacs, mp4 and other files to sample the audio. I can tell you this thing was obscene in its sound quality, slam, musicality and shear power. Huge soundstage, bass slam to embarrass many desktop amps, and head slamming crisp detailed highs surprised the ever loving crap out of me. This thing was nearly on par with my Questyle M15i at a price that truly could embarrass the M15i as well as many others in that price range. Needless to say, it simply shocked me as to the quality of the sound this thing put out. Time will only tell as to the toughness and durability of the Dawn, but for the price I could go thru 4 of them and still just be even with the more expensive dongle dacs. It is certainly worth your consideration.

Sounds great when it works. Terrible customer service
Pros: Sounds amazing and convenient to useCons: I've had one unit where the volume buttons physically fell inside of the unit. After they sent out a new one, it was dead on arrival. Build quality is also sub-par with the PCB, buttons, and ports moving and rattling in the casing.UPDATE: Originally 2-Stars, now 1-Star.After contacting the retailer, I was sent a new unit. On arrival, the unit was dead and did not work on any other devices no matter what combination of headphone, earbud, speaker, or USB cable. It was dead on arrival. What really sealed the deal was that they only offered a 50% refund. Likely the last Moondrop product I purchase is Shenzhenaudio represents them like this.

PSA: There is a small USB cable and USB-A to USB-C adapter hidden beneath the foam in package
The DAC has excellent sound quality, though be aware that the default filter mode sounds somewhat harsh, so you're probably going to want to download the app to change it (just search "Moondrop Link" on the IOS App Store or Play Store), it sounds perfect once adjusted. There is also a very nice transparent USB-C cable and a USB-C to A adapter hidden beneath the foam disc that the DAC rests inside in the packaging, which took me several days to notice, so be aware that it exists.Weird packaging, excellent product. 5/5.
