Assembly instructions are not well written (poor English translation from Chinese). Latch assembly can be tricky (best assembled by two fairly strong people). Not well insulted (invest in some weather stripping around joints and seams to better contain heat). Advertised top temp of 140 can be reached but only with additional insultation and an hour or more of patience. If two people want to use this sauna, they both need to be skinny, narrow shouldered, and not mind having their sweaty skin touch someone else's (i.e., more of a one person experience). Recommend putting towels on the seat and under feet or sweat will create ugly yellow stains on the wood.Note: An unfortunate accident (my fault) cause door glass to shatter. Tried to contact company about ordering replacement door but could not find ANY contact information in the provided documentation. Contacted Amazon who also tried to reach the company to no avail. Amazon helped me resolve the issue and did so without any support or assistance from manufacturer. Only exceptional customer service by Amazon saved my investment. The wood in this sauna has not been treated or stained, but there are a few splinters. The manual said to wipe it down gently with a damp cloth, so I used a thick sock to catch all the little splinters, but now that the few are gone, I have not seen any more. It is a cheaper sauna, in that, as described, it does not come with the lights or air thing, but I didn't care. It is certainly for one person unless you are both skinny and do not mind sitting close. As for set up, you must have two people. It is tough enough it might be best to have two guys do it. My wife is strong so we were both able to do it ourselves. It plugs into a normal outlet and heats up to around 130-135, but for most people 120 is good enough. I have size 12 feet and am 6' 2", and my knees and feet have sitting room (they are not bumping into anything) but I cannot stand all the way up in it, but that is okay. It came with a CD player but I have not installed it. Not sure I will with that much heat. I'll probably use it in a car or something. I'd rather the sauna was a little cheaper and did not come with that, the cup holder you can screw in, the towel rack, and face cloth rack, all of which I will not install or use. When it is this small, you want the extra room. The timer beeps after an hour of use, and has a handy countdown timer that you can easily add minutes to, and there is a LED light that makes it so you can see inside if need be. To be fair, the other reviews are low, from what I can tell, due to a few missing things that was not supposed to be there. In the end, it is what it is, A wood box that heats up and makes you perspire. If you are looking for one, this one is cheaper than most if not all models, it does not stink ( I am allergic to wood dust and am fine in it, but only because I wiped it down with a damp rag using water only), so if you are in the market ... this is not too bad.

1. This product was suppose to come with Oxygen ionizer and Therapy light it did not.2. Instruction manual did not match instillation of product.3 If you are thinking that you be able to put this together by yourself think again. If you had three men to put this together then you might be able to accomplish it as built. I had to do some modifications on it or I would have just packed it back up and sent it back and bought a diferent product. Who ever the maker of this product is should be assamed of this product. my recomendation is to steer as far away from this as posible.
