Beautiful cup
Came as described.

Broken and need replaced
The top of the cup where the insulated cup rest as brown causing them to separate from each other. The shipping box was not damaged so this occurred prior to item being shipped out. Need replacement as it’s for a raffle basket and customer service was directed to Starbucks where they did not help.

Broken in pieces
The cup arrived broken, the crack is so big that it cannot contain any liquid. The straw is broken in haft too. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
