The hinges are durable and I was excited to have them installed. Problem I cannot find a tool to make the hole in the door to fit the hinge. Someone suggested that I find someone with a 3D printer to make me a template to create the whole for the hinge to fit it in. Customer service is not accessible for help with this part. Now it's over 30 days and I can't return them.

I'm sure these are great!! I just had to put off the project (swinging pet door for my office) until lumber becomes more affordable!! the idea I had in mind when purchasing these hinges was a rather heavy, solid wood design and upon inspection - the hinges seem up to the task! Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing - my two favorite characteristics! Ha!!

So, I'm a novice when it comes to using something like this but these hinges worked really well for the bookshelf I built.First of the hinges themselves are Heavy and very heavy duty as well, they open easily gliding quiet nicely.The instructions are technical but still nice to have, I wish they had some simpler language and better english but it is what it is and it's okay.The shelf I built without anything on it was pretty heavy so despite the high weight rating I used four hinges instead of teo which was definitely overkill.The adjustments are nice you can move the plate with the screwholes up and down and you can adjust the hinges themselves out and side to side.Overall these are a really great set!

Received my package in good order. This is the real deal; if you are looking for a heavy duty hinge for a heavy door then this is the right hinges for you. It weighs about 5 lb. Didn't know it would be so heavy. Really like this one
