The flavor perfect — not too sweet, deep and rich chocolate, and you can’t taste any mushroom. I like to take a square of Alice when Im unmotivated to complete daily tasks; it’s the perfect kick for me. No bad side effects and if I take it later on in the day, I can still fall asleep at night as the caffeine level isn’t super high. I’ve noticed an increase in focus and would recommend to friends

I've been having a distaste for coffee lately, so I turned to this hoping it was a decent alternative. These are easy to consume. It helps a little for energy but not so much for focus. I've tried about 5 forms of energy/focus products in the past 3 months, and I'd consider this product second to last overall.
