This "stroller" has been a lifeline to us and our dog.
Our dog Diff has snapped his cruciate ligament and had an operation to mend the knee, requiring 12 weeks lead only exercise 5 to 10 minutes four times a day. 4 weeks after the operation Diff snapped the other leg. We looked online to find a suitable form of transport for the dog so that we could all get out of the house during the extended resting period. We sent for the Doggyhut Large Pet Dog Bicycle Trailer & Jogger Stroller in Red 1020201. Within 3 days it was on our doorstep and we started to use it right away, with Diff taking to it like a duck to water. We are stopped by lots of people whilst out walking commenting on what a great thing to have for a sick dog.I would recommend the "stroller" to anyone who has a poorly or old dog who has to rest up and can't walk for a while.I gave the "stroller" 4 stars because it comes with a fixed front wheel and is very tiresome on my wrists and arms when having to lift the front wheel off the ground to steer it on long walks. I looked online and found a swivel wheel to replace the fixed one, shortening the forks and in doing so.The "stroller" is now easy to push and steer. It now warrants a sixth star!!!JIM STEWART

Brilliant all round!
I have to say I am astounded by the customer service Tiggo provided for this product. We purchased this for our Staffie cross as she is getting on and is finding it hard to walk long distances. When it arrived ,the box was full of holes and consequently the buggy had three holes in the base of it so we requested to send it back. To our amazement Tiggo sent us a new unit minus the wheels explaining to us that we could keep the old unit for spares! Wow !!!! A lot of companies could learn a lesson from Tiggo about great aftercare and looking after your customer. I never expected this in a million years. I thought they would have sent over a replacement floor as it looks as if it can be replaced or I would have at least had to send it back but they didn't even quibble with me after I sent photos of the damage. We received the new unit and its fine . As for the buggy the dog loves it and we immediately road tested it.We found it really sturdy and plenty big enough for the dog and even our coats. She is only 20kg and although it has a fixed front wheel I found it easy to steer with just a minor adjustment when turning .Great quality, Great product, Fantastic service. Well done Tiggo!

Fantastic buggy, there could be some improvements
We bought this mainly as a buggy for our aging Rottweiler, so I can only review it for that use rather than the trailer.Good points.Well built.Easy to reduce down in size to fit in the car.Easily carries a 40+kg dog despite the actual rating given by Doggyhut (this could be different as a trailer)Dog got quickly used to itBad pointsThe handle could do with lowering a little, I'm not the tallest of persons, but even so the height means pushing down to lift the front puts strain on the connection points. (see next point). And the flag whips into your hand at this mode, but probably more for the buggy modeThe adapter for the handle could do with a redesign, it moves around no matter how you tighten the screws. Also there appears to be no option to get a cup holder which would be a nice edition. The front wheel is fixed. If my Rotty is sitting I can lift it up, if he chooses to lie down it's quite a difficult lift and balance to enable the turning of this buggy. The rear of the base is supported by the axles, but the front is merely supported by straps which means it moves around and sinks. I've had to adapted mine with an extra bar and some thin mdf, filling the bedding area, to stop the dog sliding forward (uncomfortable for the dog). This needs to become a permanent fix to support dogs in the largest of the buggy sizes. Two minor faults. The top can roll up part of the front or a "sunroof" area, but not continuously. I presume this is a structural reason. However for the larger German Shepherd, Rottweiler and Labrador sizes this is just at the location where the head would sit, if the dog was sitting in the buggy, making them stoop slightly. It could also do with some sort of parking brake.Despite what appears to be a long list of faults there is a lot to be said about this buggy. The in-laws also have one, which they tow on the bike. and it has been robust enough to suffer a couple of crashes without harm to the passenger. It's strong, well built and we couldn't do without it.For the large dog owner wanting to get out and about with an injured or aging dog, it is probably the only buggy on the market. The rest just aren't big enough or strong enough to take the weight.

Great!
I bought one of these for our dear old Labrador who is still young at heart but suffering with arthritis. It was delivered from Germany very quickly (5 days rather than the 3 weeks originally quoted) and is extremely well designed, constructed and comfortable - at least our dog thinks so.We use it in its all-terrain pushchair mode and it's great in this role. I can dismantle it to put into the car in a couple of minutes and reassembly is quick too. My only very minor niggles are that the two thumb screws holding the cross-brace are longer than necessary which makes them slow to insert and the clips holding the axles in-place are quite fiddly to get at around the large rear wheels.
