I enjoyed this book. It was insightful to the things of the Spirit and the last chapter was great about casting the shadow. Goll tells us to get close to Jesus so we can cast a shadow from the light that we are.

James Goll shares from his spirit, his heart and personal experiences how to receive and develop the gift of discernment. It is one of the important gifts of the Holy Spirit needed in today's church.

This book is well written and is helpful. A must read.

Such a good book. One to take notes on

Only a few chapters in and throughly enjoying it, reading this for a mentorship group I'm a part of, and I also enjoyed "The Lifestyle of a Watchman" by him, as well. His books are very good at giving practical advice and plain language, while also being true to the word of God. In both of these books, having discussed them with groups, there's genuinely something for everyone interested in going deeper in the things of God.
