I’m a skeptic when it comes to skincare. I’ve been getting facials since I was 19 years old so my skin is in really good condition. At 72 I don’t have neck wrinkles but my skin under my chin is sagging. I have the curse of the short neck and thought I would try this. So far I am pleased. There are no miracle products but the fact I see incremental progress is promising. I will update my review as I use it longer. The trick for me is I use a VERY small amount and use the roller until the product dries. I find that eliminates or greatly reduces the white residue everyone complains about. I’ve been using it morning and night and have to admit I see a difference in smoothness. Maybe the roller helps to penetrate the product deeper into the skin. I’m want to see how long this product lasts because at this point if I don’t purchase again it’s because it’s too expensive not because it doesn’t work. Btw, the smell is Amazing! The product reminds me of my late grandmother who had the most beautiful skin up until she passed at 100. She had very firm skin even under her chin. Her secret was egg white facials. She would put it on her face and let it dry and keep it on for awhile. She probably did that once a week. It has a tightening effect. I know eggs are expensive today, but certainly worth a try. I hope the tube lasts at least a couple of months or egg white facials here I come.

Terrible product! First impressions, this cream left a shiny layer on the skink that immediately turn into a flaky white residue. If you take a look to my pictures the first one is the after 30 minutes with the product. you can notice the white stuff on my chin and my neck turn SAGGY!!! IT WASN'T LIKE THAT! Look at the other pictures. That's my before and I looked better! I took this off inmidiatly after I took the after photo. Also I was felling like a burning sensation.

This feedback is more about the packaging than the product itself. The roller stopped working after about a week, so I’m unable to apply the ointment directly to my neck using the roller as intended. Instead, I have to open the container, squeeze some of the product out, and apply it with my hands. I much prefer using the roller for a smoother, more even application, so it was disappointing that it stopped functioning so soon.

I’ve used so many products and this is by far the one that works. Removed lines behind ears as well as turkey neck. It might not necessarily be this product that does the job but the rolling process which exercises a part of the body that is never exercised. The cream enclosed might enhance going over that exposed skin. For those not looking to spend I would recommend using any cream and this or something similar as a roller , needs to be used daily for 15-30 seconds on areas that you want to corrected. One red flag is the name Beverly Hills. Give me a break as I have a home in the Beverly Hills / Westwood area and it’s nothing more than upper class Persian area with fine kosher restaurants , does not make the product worthy or Hollywood elite as most of the Hollywood elite live spread out and not necessarily in Beverly Hills proper.

Revised review, the seller apologized and refunded the total price I paid! Good customer service is still out there for some companies! Product had a very strong perfume smell and was watered down. There was no seal on the opening after removing the top. I have ordered the same product direct from the company and the consistency and smell was completely different. When the product dries, it shows a white flaky substance that you have to roll off your skin and completely remove if your putting on makeup.

Update: I talked to Beverly Hills MD and they were willing to give me my money back or a new product but as soon as they heard that I purchased through Amazon they said I had to go back to Amazon. I came back to Amazon and of course I was outside the return. But I went ahead and called and talked to someone. They said they would give me my money back considering the situation. Later I realized yes they gave me my money back – $28 when the product actually cost $58. Don’t bother buying this product because if you have an issue later you have no recourse. I used this maybe a half a dozen times and suddenly the applicator would no longer work. Nothing would come out of the roller. I tried and tried to figure it out but couldn’t. Eventually I went over to the manufacturers website and sent them a message asking for replacement. But I haven’t heard anything back.

I wish I had taken a before picture. I've been using this product for just about a month and my neck is no longer sagging and crepey like it was prior. At first, I didn't think it was doing anything but my neck felt soft and moisturized. Then I started to carry it with me during the day, putting it on & rubbing it in 1st thing in morning, mid-day & during my night routine. I let it dry, then patted on a good castor oil morning & night. Then did a good pat-down massage for about 2 minutes. My husband can't believe the results....especially considering it took only a month to transform the vertical old looking lines to fresh looking skin. I will keep using this product!!! The pic is what used to be my problem area, just at the base of my neck in the front. At 65 years old, my skin is a work in progress but at least those lines are gone!
