The Mollenhauer Modern G-Alto recorder in pearwood has a strong and powerful sound with an easy two and a half octave range. It uses traditional baroque fingerings, with different fingerings for the third octave which negate the use of the knee. The Harmonic Modern Treble in G is distinctive due to its extremely stable and assertive sound, and impresses with its precise brilliance, even in large ensembles with modern instruments. A special development for playing music that is either intended for a G instrument or can be performed better on an instrument of this size.
