Vita plus B-12 Sublingual, 90 TABS 2000 MCG

doesnt dissolve under tongue. I have used a similar product and it dissolved almost immediately. This is hard as a rock and I end up biting it to try to get it to dissolve. I dont know if I will get the effects that I am supposed to get. Sublingual is supposed to be the best way to get B 12 into the system, other than shots, and this is not a good product.
