I started using this product in October 2022. These are the benefits I have experienced ; Due to perimenopause my hair was falling out to the point where I had filler hair extensions. Now I no longer have extensions to fill the thin gaps. I have stronger hair and new growth coming through. ( baby hair ) My skin has improved all over It is smoother and my face appears more radiant. My nails have grown and I no longer have acrylic extensions. I have managed to grow my own nails for the first time in five years and they are strong!. My energy has increased and I am feeling more confident. My husband started to take this supplement after two months after seeing my improvements and feeling better he is also benefiting from it in the same ways as me. You do you have to keep it in the fridge and follow the instructions remember to shake the bottle otherwise the last few cap falls are pretty strong.😜 The taste is fine, a little sweet but no fish taste or smell. I did my research before purchasing this supplement and overall I found it the best on paper theres a lot more positive supplements in it as well as the benefits of collagen and it is quite low in calories, compared to some, we will continue to take it, it is not the cheapest on the market. However you do pay for quality within this product. One bottle lasts approximately one month per person, at first glance Some other supplements are cheaper but not in the long run as they don’t last as long.

This collagen supplement tastes like berry jelly to me and is pleasant to drink. It needs to be stored in the fridge after opening. I purchased this item hoping to see improvements with IBS symptoms (there is a link between low collagen and gut health) and also with a small patch of hair that is getting a bit thin near the front. I’m nearing 40 and I also want to generally prepare my body for the peri menopause. I’ve definitely seen some benefits digestively and I have noticed some new looking little bits of hair growth after using it for 1 month. Now been taking this for 3 months + and hair has definitely got thicker in the thinning areas and is in great condition. Absolutely no change in wrinkles or energy levels. Update after 5 months - I tried a subscription multivitamin instead of taking this collagen for a few weeks and saw a huge decline in my gut health. Obviously went back to the collagen! It’s just easier on the tummy. Hair now looking a lot thicker around the temples and I can only really imagine it’s the biotin doing this. Also I always notice when I take this that it can help give you a fuller feeling so you don’t snack as much. Still zero effect on skin but I think we all know you can’t reverse ageing without surgery or Botox so I’m not dissatisfied. A few years later: Still taking this! Began taking it in the run up to my forties. I’m 41 now. I think it’s been a couple of years or more. I wouldn’t be without it. Only issue is I can’t take it on holidays abroad really as needs to be kept refrigerated once opened. I really notice the difference if I forget to take this regularly. The flavour has changed slightly in my most recent bottle but it’s actually even nicer.

40 days in! The biggest difference I see is a significant reduction in hair loss, which started after I had my children, decades ago. I note a spurt in my hair growth and yes, I am starting to see a difference in my facial skin, it is definitely smoother and feels more toned. I am going to stay with it. The loss of one star is the unpleasant sweet taste, I cannot get used to it so, I take it quickly as a shot. Definitely worth it.

Started reading about collegen supplements over a year ago and had tried various powders, capsules and tablets before noticing this one by Nutrabytes because it's liquid and contains Hyaluronic acid and Biotin as well. I can't consume much beef/bovine - I have a high intolerance to it - so settled on the marine collegen (which incidentally seems to be the better of the two) although I was a little worried about fishy burps from taking it as I always used to get them with cod liver oil. To cut a long story short - my wife and I have been taking this Marine Collegen daily since May 2022 and have seen remarkable changes in our skin, joints and general wellbeing; I saw improvements after 2-3 weeks and now I'm amazed how healthy my skin is. I have a sort of glow now, fine lines have disappeared and my skin is healthy and elestic. Joints feel better and I have more energy and do seem to heal quicker. There's a couple of daft reviews on Amazon about it. The measurecup included does go up to 25ml - you just fill it to the brim. The taste is great and I have no fishy burping at all. One bottle typically lasts around a month for one person. Basically, I'd highly recommend it!

Having previously tried collagen in a different format (powder), I decided to try a liquid form. Very easy to take with a very fruity flavour, however, I found it far too sweet. The recommended dose is 25ml and the cap enclosed is only for up to 20ml. Whilst it's not a hardship to take two measures, it's slightly annoying not to take it in one dose.
