This thing is solid, looks and works just like the one in my physical therapist's office. I got this to be able to continue and work on my balance and knees at home. It helps me to do all the exercises I've learned on my own. My kids love jumping and bouncing on it. It's so sturdy, doesn't seem to matter what they do. It's definitely worth the price. I like the all-black look compared to the silver and blue.

Simple and easy to setup. Seems excellent for focusing on balance issues related to a groin muscle injury. Many of my pre and off-season ski exercises also focus on balance and the bosu seems like an excellent way to activate all those little muscles. Used a floor pump to inflate (i had a narrow nozzle) in about 1 minute.Got the 'new' gen design made with polypro plastic. Seems very durable and plenty grippy, about as much as the traditional (probably rubber) one at the physical therapist.|The cheapo made-in-china provided pump I wouldn't use unless absolutely necessary. I'm sure it would take five times as long. And the "included manual and workouts" is a QR code, so yeah, that. But what do you expect? The device itself seems quality

I work at a standing desk day in and out and was looking for an option other than my mini stepper- enter the BOSU ball! I love this thing! It’s so comfortable to stand on! I do light jogging or walking on it, squats, lunges, stretches. My kids also love to jump on it and it seems very durable. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and it did just recently start making a hissing air noise when I step off, so I’m unsure of what that means, but otherwise I’d highly recommend it! Love it!

Arrived on time. Arrived in great shape and did my first workout. So far so good. Feels very robust and is going to help my balance as well give a good workout.

My daughter use this as is or turn it upside down to practice balance. She also use it for core exercise, stretngthen landing position, etc. Bosu has been useful in her off ice training.

The bosu came quickly and was well packaged. The kit that came with it (pump and plugs) seemed easy to use; however, I really struggled to get the plug in before the air leaked back out and am still not sure it's in there correctly. I'm going to have to get someone else to help me get it properly installed. Other than that, the bosu seems very durable and exactly what I wanted.

So glad I decided on this purchase. The at home version is great for home …same as what u get at the gym jus slightly smaller. Been using it while watching TV!!

これから使うので今のところ不備は見当たりませんが、旧モデルでも状態良く安く手に入れることができてよかったです。色も旧モデルの方が薄ブルーで室内に置いておいても悪目立ちすぎないので良いです。
