Fine Accoutrements Lavender Pour Homme Classic Shaving Soap, 100 g

A nice creamy soap, but somewhere along the way, it had lost its Lavender aroma. Most disappointed.

Nice lather maker meant to be other scents other than lavender bergamot etc I like it

It's been said that this soap is made with the same base formula as Tabac. That's a good thing in my book, because Tabac is probably my favorite shave soap.Or was. This soap might be just a bit better. Performance is nearly identical to Tabac, but where this shines is the scent. Wow. Lavender Pour Homme is supposed to mimic the Czech & Speake Oxford and Cambridge scent, and it's truly a wonderful scent. Not that I think Tabac's scent is bad, but I would consider it dated. Lavender Pour Homme, on the other hand, is timeless.Creating great lather with this soap is easy. I load a wet brush on the puck for about 15 seconds, then I build the lather in a bowl, adding water a little at a time until I have a yogurt-like consistency. Tabac and Fine soaps achieve this ideal consistency faster than any of the other shave soaps I've tried.This is a fantastic shaving soap, and I hope it's around for a long time to come.

Really nice scent , took about 30 seconds to load enough soap on a badger brush for 2 shaves . Slickness was good enough to protect me from a feather blade .

I have 4 Fine Scents because for me there is NO better shave soap on the market Period~! So if it ain't Fine it ain't mine! This Lavender Fine is no exception... Great Scent Great Soap.... Fine the only soap a DE Wet Shaver needs; just get a lot of the scents and oh man what an aroma therapy treat ! Kit

Like most of the Fine soaps it lathers well, provides great glide & is nice and slick....however I find its very lightly scented.

One of the best shaving soaps out there at a good price. Very nice.
