These are great for rubbing tired legs and getting the blood flowing. I had read they are good for people with circulation problems, not that I have any, but I do want to avoid it so I thought it would Be great to use it when I put on my lotion. It feels so nice rubbing the legs. I haven’t tried it anywhere else yet but plan to. They work great and they’re nice and sturdy. They fit great in your hands. And not a bad price either!

Arrived on time, and as described. Well made, sooth wood, and soft but firm "rubber"? nubs that feel good on your skin without being as pointy, hard, and or stiff plastic as other fascia tools. Easy to hold with a soft woven strap. The instructions say it can be washed with warm water. There are tiny holes in the surface pad, so for me, I use a wash cloth with warm water to keep it clean and from being submerged and water getting in the interior. If I use oil or lotion I apply these to my skin instead of the "brush" for the same reason. Because you're in control of the pressure you can get used to what feels comfortable to you and then increase the pressure as you use it. Bottom Line: I prefer the "nubs" on this "brush" over the pointy tips and or the hard plastic facia tools. Would recommend.

I follow a Chinese medicine doctor on Instagram and she uses these meridian brushes. I decided to buy them and I love them! They are easy to hold and use, the rubber/plastic brush side feels really good on the body. We'll see how long they last but the brushes seem sturdy and well-made. This is an excellent product.

These are my favorite massage tools now. I use it to brush my tummy. It feels good and helps with my blood circulations.
