Super excited to get this, absolutely a must have for sushi rice!

I added 5 tablespoons of this sushi vinegar to my calrose rice in my rice cooker and the flavor was outstanding. Really a great complex flavor. We used the rice in making California rolls and everybody really enjoyed the flavor of the rice. The bottle arrived well sealed and had a little pull tab to remove for freshness.

This is a delicious vinegar with umami flavor. The kelp extract adds of bit of seaweed/umami. This is good on sushi rice but also sprinkled over plain rice or vegetables.
