The fireplace did not meet my expectations because it only has one speed. The ad was not real clear on that. Also it heats o.k. but it will turn off and right back on e\when it is running.

This is the 3rd electric fireplace we have had and so far this has been one of the best. Easy to assemble and operate. Exactly what we wanted and at a very good price. Where we live we donโt have severe cold weather often and this electric fireplace is all we use most of the time.Light weight and compact and easy to move around.

Great heater no thermostat!
The heater works great , it arrived quickly and I love it ! But it really has no thermostat! It is either on or off ! I have never owned a heater that didn't thermostat. You can turn on just the flames or low or high setting but no way to adjust the temperature of the room

Doesn't work, arrived broken. Contacted seller and awaiting response.
Note I messaged the seller and am awaiting the response and will update this post if the situation is handled. I received this little fireplace today, easy to set up. Turned it on, flame was one for a few seconds just fine, then it froze and the whole thing started making this loud vibrating sound. Can't get it to work now. I do not want to return it because that's a hassle for something so large. I'm hoping there's some sort of easy fix with this and that the seller will get back to my message. It's a cute little fireplace. Although, more purple than brown. And has a more plastic feel to it. I would've expected metal.

Super nice very quite. To bad winter is over here in Florida. But will be ready for next year. Fit perfectly into TV cabinet. Great flames.
