Different from what is shown on listing
I ordered this because original one broke withing 15 days of use. Before ordering I matched the listing pictures with original, they were same hence I was expecting similar device. Unfortunately, this is very different model than listing and not of good quality. Device is sent loose, without packaging (contamination risk). The premium pouch (6th tab on listing) is missing. Needles are low quality, manufactured in PRC. IMPORTANT: This lance is very different than that came with machine. This lancet do not support transparent cap (Alternate site prick) that was in original device. Overall, very much dissatisfied with DR. trust devices and their customer service. I don't recommend anyone to buy this since there are better alternatives which have soft operation.

Okay Quality
The product is okay, but the lancets are shallow. One needs to push down the tip even at the deepest setting to ensure proper functioning. Long-term durability issue.
