Relatively good product, but awkward to use.
I've tried 3 brands of fly ribbon, including this "Blue Catch 24 PCS Fly Trap , Fly Trap Tape, Fly Paper Strips". Unfortunately, this is my least favorite of the 3, although it's still a decent product. It was the least expensive of the brands for the greatest quantity, so I can't complain about the price. They all are the same in that there is a little over 2 feet of sticky ribbon coiled into a small tube. The glue which makes the ribbon sticky has a fragrance that is supposed to attract the flying insects. You pop off the lid, revealing a single thumbtack which you stick into your wall or ceiling to hold the loop of fabric at the top of the fly ribbon. You grab hold of the loop and pull it away from the tube to stretch out and expand the ribbon to its full length. I like mounting them at the top of window frames and wherever else I see flying insects congregating. The problem with this brand is that the glue seems to cover the fabric too, so I've never managed to open one of these without getting the sticky glue on my hands. Also, with the other brands, you just pry the thumbtack out with a fingernail, but with this one I had to use a butter knife to get it out. None of these are critical flaws, just a bit annoying. The product still did its job and caught numerous tiny flying bugs, including some of the gnats I'm hunting down. I'm using this in addition to homemade apple cider vinegar & dishwashing soap traps.

Dried out
More than half of these are dried out and either rip before you can unroll them, or have no stickiness to them

Falls apart and makes a mess
I bought these twice in the span of a year. First time they were easy to handle and did not come apart when I pulled them out. That was the reason I purchased them again. That second purchase was also the last time I will purchase them.We had to throw a lot of those strips away, because they did not open properly. We followed instructions - obviously - because they aren't hard to follow. I don't know what they did, but they changed something and it doesn't work well now

Classic Pest Control That Works!
Ordered this product to help alleviate the house flies that were a nuisance in a commercial space. Items were shipped on time, and arrived as projected.Product works great! 6 confirmed kills so far (house flies attached to the paper) in the 2 days I had it up and last looked at it.This is a classic pest control device that works, the only downside is that some may find the aesthetic of the strip to not be appealing. However my advice would be to put it off in a corner, or out of the way.Be sure the wash your hands if you happen to make contact with the strip, the coating to the strip is very sticky (that's how it works). And can use dawn soap or similar, if you happen to get some on your hands.Great product, would buy again!

Catches everything!!! But that is good.
Product is very sticky which is what it is suppose to be. When you live in the country and have animals flies are sure to follow. I have only used two so far but plan on putting up a couple more today. The two have caught so many flies and other bugs that I didn't even know that were around. I didn't think anything else could stick they are so covered but if the get their little feet on the strip they are caught. Anything dealing with dead flies is gross and this is really gross but better dead flies than live flies.
