I am very happy with this work out mat. First, as others have mentioned, it is much thicker than an average workout/yoga mat. I personally prefer this thicker version as it is much easier on my back! My back thanks me for not having to lay out on the floor anymore.It’s convenient in that it folds up so you are able to transfer it to any location you wish with the attached carry straps. It also does not take up much space when storing it when it’s not in use.In terms of the quality, I found it to be very well made. Was a little skeptical due to a reviewer mentioning they didn't think it would last. I have already kicked on it for two long kick boxing sessions WITH SHOES ON while also doing knee jumps and I don't see the slightest signs of wear on the surface.The material is very strong, which was what I also needed to hold up to the type of friction created by my shoes on the mat. (I have torn up other yoga mats in the past doing the same thing)Did not see any fraying or loose stitching. All in all, it is a thick, comfortable, high quality mat that seems very durable. I am pleased with the purchase and def recommend it to others. Will update review if i see any signs of wear/tear in the next few weeks.

I have been using this gym mat for a couple weeks and could not be happier. I rarely write reviews, but this product solved a major home workout annoyance for me. I used to do my ab workouts and stretching on the carpet but it would hurt my tail bone. I tried using a standard yoga mat but it just wasn't thick enough. So, when I came across this product I decided to give it a chance.First, I love that it folds into three sections. I live in a very small apartment so I try to maximize space. The folding aspect makes it very easy to store. It also has two very convenient handles that make it easy to carry from room to room.Second, the product is very well made. I saw one of the reviews mention they had a stitching issue so I made sure to closely examine my mat when it arrived. I did not notice any stitching issues that I would not expect. There was an excess piece of thread on one of the handles, but that is not of concern for me. It was neither bothersome nor would it have any impact on the lasting durability of the mat.Most importantly, this product works perfectly to solve the problem I identified at the beginning of my review. I am 5' 11'' with a medium build and it the size is great for conducting my ab and stretching exercises. This product is well worth the price for the quality and comfort it provides for my workouts.Overall great item.

The mat is sturdy, but does break down a bit. It's best for stretching/rolling, but if you stand on it it breaks down. Also these mat's are not the best for doing splits as the seams start to stretch apart a bit. I still like it though.

I am using this quad fold mat primarily as a push up and sit-up mat for an outside concrete patio. As such it works perfectly and I hope to get a lot of use from it. Will also be using it as a crash pad for some TRX strap workouts to keep from planting my face into the ground if I lose my grip.Cleaning it is super easy, I just got a hot towel to wipe off the sweat and a dry towel to wipe away any excess water. It’s always good to clean a gym mat after every use to make it last longer. 5 star product and the 8 foot length allows me to fully stretch out.

My wife has gone through a number of the regular thin foam type of fitness mats you generally see for sale everywhere. They last a little bit, but then tend to get worn out and beat up rather quickly. So I decided to change it up and looked for a higher quality mat for her that I thought would last. I ended up choosing to buy this mat. She was very impressed with it and said the comfort was far superior to the generic ones and the durability seemed very strong. It has held up very well for her so far. She said this was like the Ferrari of fitness mats. Happy wife, happy life! I'm glad I was able to find this product on Amazon and definitely recommend it to others.

I am very upset. A few days ago I bought the light blue fitness mat. I was very impressed! It’s comfy and material looked great, durable and tight.I was so impressed, I bought another one! This time in royal blue. Same company, same size.This mat is super baggy and it was ripped at the seam! Likewise there is a life gap about 1.5” in between 2 of the smaller sections of the mat. This is dangerous and a good way to roll and ankle. You can see it next to the light blue mat, what a difference. No one has used this as it is a suppose Christmas present for my daughter.Why is there such a difference in quality and material from one color to the next?? The light blue is fantastic, 5 stars and royal blue is a 1, baggy material and tearing before use.

Seems OK. Planks are comfortable, compared to wooden floor and cheap foam mat. Stretching is luxe in front of the TV.Kicking and striking in the garage is comfortable and the thing is pretty light so it's easy to move. Easy to wipe clean. No funky seams. No tears or distortions. Handles are wide and are sewn well.Mostly, so far, after a couple days, it's not a regrettable purchase. It's a good mat.

I might not have considered buying this if not for the prime day offer, but I’m glad I did. I wanted to surprise me kids (6 & 5) and give them some they can practice their gymnastics and hapkido on. They love it and I have piece of mind that they are less likely to hurt themselves. We have hard wood floors so it gives them some cushion if they fall the wrong way. The mat folds easily and can be stored in the corner. It seems pretty durable and easy to clean. Basically it is what it is and it seems hard to mess this up. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and if I had more space I’d probably buy more to cover their whole play area. I definitely recommend!

So much better than a yoga mat, really comfortable, better for planks and floor exercises, folds easily. No idea about durability as I just got it but great value for money. Have already recommended it to several friends during summer 2020.

I have used this mat daily since I purchased it. I noticed it came packaged in a cardboard box with no plastic wrap. Coming from China on a cargo ship would leave me to think that this is the reason the covering looks dirty or stained. I cleaned it with some cleaner and it seemed to help.It is perfect for my workouts and is a lot more comfortable than the yoga mat I was using.Other than the tarnished looks it works good.
