Bought this while studying for ILM LEVEL 5. Very useful.

In a great condition, easy to follow and aligned to level 5 syllabus

This is good for HSC L5 learners and tutors

Good book

I bought this book as it was the first to press for a challenging course. Now I have been told this is an old level 4 book re-titled and issued as level 5. It is not even close and does not provide adequate information for the level required. Do not buy, you have been warned!

unfortunately, this book is not a great help for someone who wants to complete a course, personally, I find only 10% of information useful, there are many other books which could guide you through all mandatory units. Does not worth the money you pay for this book.

This book was extremely useful as I used it to support me in completing the Level 5 qualification.Recommend it for all Level 5s.
