The original all sorts were soft as I remember but these are harder. I have bought 3bags of these and we love them. They are tasteful and chewy, just make sure you put your false teeth in !!

These are so tasty, good quality, good value, but I need to stop eating them I have a few each night, there's a good date and there fresh

Anyone expecting these will be akin to Bassetts Liquorice Allsorts is going, as I was, to be in for a big disappointment. These are unpleasant to eat. Crunchy sugar paste, rather than a marzipan texture, near tasteless liquorice. If you like the genuine article, look elsewhere. These just taste and have the texture of a sugar cube.

Check the label for date expiration, listed as Jun 2026 Liquorice Allsorts were like chewing leather! Liqourice was bland and tasteless. Sweets overly dry bordering on hard. Makes me wonder if they have a large container of these and simply bag them up and seal and date it. Ordered with Fruit Jellies - passable and bland in taste - Jelly Babies were the same! Sticking with Bassetts from now on. Buying 'cheaper' not always the best policy!

this is the second bag I have bought & will probably buy again, Might be spiteful but I like them so, arrived on time, good service

I'm sorry to say these are a disappointment. They look like the mis-shapes and rejects we used to buy from our local licorice sweet factory shop when I was a kid. They taste alright but are appear dried, hard and 'knocked-about'
