Works as expected. Just an annoying problem with wireless charging the phone -- when both battery and phone is charged to 100%, the phone dings the charge notification every 10 minutes. It's very annoying if you sleep next to your phone. I end up charging the phone via cable at night. I use the Samsung Fast wireless charger.

This has to be the third battery case I haven’t bought for my iPhone X that claims to be QI wireless charging compatible and isn’t.

Awful! Right after the Amazon Return Window closed the charger started failing. The iPhone started saying the item wasn’t compatible with the iPhone X and would ask to be dismissed ... do not buy! I got stuck with 4 of the devices which again didn't fail until the Amazon window closed!

Excellent product for backup power. Does not have headphone access through the case. I gave this three stars because it died after four months.

I choose this case because it complies with three features: Qi Charging, Battery Capacity and you can charge it with a lighting cable. As an added bonus it come with a screen protector! I wish it to be more slim like the old mophie battery cases but to add the Qi Charging maybe thats the reason is too bulky. Also,it weights a lot! If you dont mind the bulkyness and weight, go get it.

Wireless charging looks great but the physical micro-usb charging port is broken right out of the box. Kinda shoddy build, looks nice though

It charges your phone and works with wireless charger BUT WHEN I CONNECT MY HEADPHONE IT DOESNT WORK..

The case is a lot bigger then I thought it makes the phone vary heavy but the battery is great just wish it was not so big and heavy there probably is one slimer but you don’t get the lightning cord to charge and that almost makes it worth it
