Really Excellent Work Table -- Absolutely Recommended
Let me start by putting this review into perspective: This isn't a piece of Herman Miller office furniture. Neither does it cost upwards of $400. Now, having said that... This is a REALLY great table office table. It's very nicely made. It DOES NOT smell at all like particle board (which is one of my big concerns with "inexpensive" tables like this). All sides of the tabletop are laminated/finished. The laminate has some texture, so it's very pleasant. The supporting structure is tubular steel that feels like it's been powder coated in gloss black. It is VERY solid. There's a little overhang in the back of the table if you want to clamp-on monitor stands. The cable try is... well.. provided, solidly secured to the table metal structure, and very well thought-out.Everything about this purchase was satisfying, right from the unpacking: The packaging made it easy to assemble the table in-place (right in the box, without even removing it from the packaging, until it could be "tipped up" onto its legs). They provided screws and an allen wrench, and even one extra of each screw, all packaged on a little shrink-wrapped card so everything was was easily visible. Heck, they even throw in some zip ties for securing your equipment cables in the cable tray, if you so desire. I had the table assembled and moved into place in, quite literally, 5 minutes. Now, to be fair: There ARE a few mars and scratches on the table top... particularly at the edges where the vertical laminate meets the table top. Nothing bad enough for me to want to return, but they're definitely visible. So, I wouldn't be super happy to have this in, for example, my living room. It's just not a piece of luxury furniture, right? But for a sturdy OFFICE table? More than nice enough, at least for me.I'm thrilled. Definitely recommended.

High quality, compact yet very sturdy and attractive desk!
Let me first say I rarely write reviews on amazon, and even less frequently post pictures. However, I felt compelled to do so after setting up this desk. This is an excellent product all around! It came in a very well-padded box and was in pristine condition. Upon taking the components out, it was readily apparent that the materials used were very high quality. The table top was solid, heavy-duty, and felt like it was built to last. The legs use thick steel, also designed to stand up (forgive the pun) to the test of time. Assembly was a snap because the machining was precise and the metal-to-metal joints and bolt holes lined up exactly. The instructions were clear, well-written, and easy to understand. Interestingly, one of the bolt heads was damaged but not to worry, the manufacturer included spare bolts for just such an eventuality! The cord management basket was also high-quality steel. As is evident in the second photo, the cords are completely hidden using the included cable zip ties. All in all, I couldn't be more satisfied with this product. Thanks so much to Oasis for designing and delivering such a high quality and yet affordable computer desk. Some side notes: The included Allen wrench would have been adequate for assembly but I actually used a ratcheting screwdriver with a hex bit. If available, this does make tightening the bolts a bit easier. Also, removal of the protective plastic on the leveling feet is easier if the feet are removed from the legs and then re-attached once plastic is removed. Finally, I admit I did use some longer, heavy duty cable ties (not included) to secure the drop-down cables to the legs since several components sit on the floor. These are all minor points, only included for the sake of completeness.

Great Quality for a Great Price!
Perfect size; great quality. I shopped a long time for the right table. I needed it to fit in a small space and it was easy to find small, very inexpensive and, consequently, very cheap tables that were the right length, but only 34 x 20 inches wide. This one is 34 x 22 and those 2 inches make a big difference. I use this in the tv room for painting. I need room for paper, ink, water, towel and my iPad. I have that with this table and room for more. It's sturdy. You can adjust the feet on the bottom to get the table perfectly level. I can't have a table that's off-balance and bouncing around. It's nice looking and easy to set in a corner when you're not using it. The top can be cleaned with Lysol or Windex and a paper towel. The only thing I wish it had was an attachable cage that was closed instead of open. If there were an option for a closed cage, it could hold my supplies under the desk without them even being visible. Even without that - I love it.

Fair buy at $90
All four corners had some damage, worst being in the rear right where a bit of the laminate chipped off. Some light surface scratches and a slight gap where the laminate meets in corners. All were touched up with a black sharpie. Decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of returning. And the damage was there despite being packed in an excessive amount of foam. Leads me to believe it was probably shipped in this condition. The top edges are very sharp corners, could use a bit of softening, hoping a desk pad will help, otherwise can uncomfortably dig into forearms. The skirt the surrounds under the top looks nice and probably adds to solidity but prevents using an under mount drawer. The desk is solid, looks decent otherwise. The rear has just enough overhang to use a clamp on monitor riser, although doesn’t fit all the way on-would need to be deeper. With a $10 manufacturer coupon it was $90 and good at that price. I see this once sold for $200- a no go for me at that price. Only available in all black now but other lighter top options were previously available- would be good to see those again.Overall a nice alternative to the ubiquitous look alike adjustable height laminate slab and trestle leg desks. At $90 a decent buy, more than that and I’dlook at others before diving in.Star deducted for condition in which desk was received.
