Hi, I measured myself and it comes out 4inches from the wall, 11 centimeters from the wall, the difference was just between inches and centimeters. Amazon must've said its measurements in centimeters and not inches, but it definitely comes out 4 inches from the wall. I love it, I didn't have to use screws I used the large sticky tape that goes on the back instead, hopefully this answers your question.

how much does it weigh?

Half a pound at most. Do not try to use sticky tape to hold it on orange peel walls, even if it's light orange peel, it won't stay for long or be able to hold anything on the shelf. Screw it into those walls.

What if i don't receive the adhesive strip or other problem accur? Can these be solved queck?

I didn't get my strip and I bought this recently. I only realized now that it comes with self-adhesive strips, would have been handy to know. I screwed mine on.
