"Each bulb emits 24W 4000LM Amber light for every turn." then "3030 High Grade LED 24W 2000LM per bulb". Are these 4000lm or 2000lm per bulb?

Hello, For these 7443 amber led bulbs, they are 4000LM per pair, 2000LM per bulb. Any question about these led bulbs, please contact us via Amazon message.

Can these be used for brake light replacements as well or are these only for turn signals?

They're amber-colored lights so my answer is no, they're designed for turn signals only.

Will these fit 5th Gen 4 Runner for front turn signals?

I have a 13 trail edition and the worked perfect for drl/turn signal led upgrade. Super bright! Not positive if they work for 14 and up though. I would do a part number comparison to make sure. Honestly though, they should be a perfect fit! Good luck!

How doni get a replacement? The bulb already stopped working i only had this for about 2weeks

Not to sure, contact the manufacturer. But first make sure the bulb connections are good!
