This powder is great for sprinkle or spoon; the powder form does not go bad, does not need refrigeration. To me it’s far less salty and a vegan choice. I’ve bought it several times and will continue.

This is so great for adding soy sauce taste without adding extra liquid, like for sautéing mushrooms or adding that extra depth of flavor to your dishes without overdoing it. This is the first time I have ever used Soy Sauce Powder but will not be the last. I'm definitely a convert!

Tastes great, good addition to anything but it does clump up hard so pounding is necessary. I had another brand that did not clump up so for this reason it's getting a 4.

I’d never heard of this before a recipe called for it. Now I wonder where it’s been all my life. It works in much more than Asian dishes. Anywhere you need a little savory, it works

Like to use in soups and sauces

As a vegetarian looking for ways to make meat substitutes, I thought it would be interesting to try this product. The taste is great. Hope I don't learn something negative later about it's manufacturing.

Looks like soy sauce tastes kind like soy sauce. At 75 mg of sodium maybe I’ll be able to cook some Chinese food at home on my low sodium Diet.

Instant ramen soup: boil some ramen noodles, add soy sauce powder , add some sliced mushrooms, sliced hard boiled egg and green onions , I add a touch of vinegar ,and you’ve got supper.
