Bought this on prime day on a whim. Ended up bringing it to my office to share with coworkers, and everyone that’s used it has really liked it. It’s almost silent when running. The foam differences are great, and the heating and chilling ability is a huge plus. Functionality is simple with just one button and four functions: press of the button equals heavy/dense foam, two presses of the button equal airier foam, three presses is warmed milk and four is cold foam. Honey, vanilla, half and half, and whole milk have all been used/added with no issue. Great purchase!

This was such a great buy. Every one that came to my place and enjoyed a cup of coffee loved the milk frother. Great size, great quality, easy to use buttons. Heats up your milk, which makes it taste better with hot coffee.

I have had it for 14 months. Excellent product. I have no point of reference as this is the only one I have ever bought. I love it so much, I bought another one for my trips. Functions higher than its price point. Sturdy. Stopped working last month only to find out that it has rechargeable battery which needs topping off. So it needs to be kept plugged in for 3-4 hours when it stops works, which happened only once over the year. It’s easy to clean. I needed to change its rotating spring once as it had stopped frothing properly. I highly recommend it.

This product worked about a half dozen times and then stopped frothing. It still heats liquid to a tepid temperature but that's it. This is the SECOND frother I have purchased. I didn't open the first one until after the return period and figured it was my mistake when it didn't work from the get go. I was thrilled when the replacement I ordered WORKED. Unfortunately, it worked less than 6 times. Looks brand new but worthless. Save your money. I am not normally this negative in a review. However, I sent a complaint to the seller / manufacture and got ZERO reply.

I've had this frother / steamer for over two years and it's used daily, usually more than once per day. We've never had a single issue with it. It warms the milk and froths it nicely. I'm back to buy another one for a friend who is getting their first home and my only disappointment is that they're no longer available.

I got the red color, works very easy & well, has 4 different settings froth, cold foam, steamed milk, & warm foam. the foam is very thick and doesn’t disappear when you use it in your coffee, i make cold & iced coffees i like the first setting & the steamed milk the best, very yummy froth. i usually use organic milk or organic half & half works fine.it is expensive you could probably find another machine for cheaper that still does the job.

I’ve only used this a few times so far but it works great so far. My milk is warm and very frothy. Deciphering the code system for the button is a bit annoying but once I found the one I wanted (heat and froth) it stays on that setting so I don’t have to go through the process of finding the right setting each time. If you’re having any problems getting a good froth, try a lower fat milk. Higher fat milk such as half & half is too heavy to froth up. I portly purchased this to help reduce my coffee calories so I can user 1% rather than cream or half and half.
