Great Grinder
Pay a bit more for a quality product, grinds well and very even across the grind { something cheaper ones do not do } neat and well made, love the idea of the storage area { easy to grind for more than one brew at a time } with its own lid to keep the ground coffee fresh , grinding mechanism seems positive, bites well and positive.

Great coffee grinder
Pros: easy to use, ground coffee container, consistent grinding, looks nice. Cons: grinding large amount of coffee require effort, the anti-slip sleeve at the bottom is too loose. The coffee grinder is great and you can smell and taste the difference in using freshly ground coffee. It takes about 2 min to grind enough beans for a double shot; I wouldn't recommend it for grinding a large amount of coffee but definitely ideal for small quantities and beans variety. The size of the coffee can be adjusted and it is pretty consistent, with only a couple of larger bits every now and then (picture for comparison: commercial coffee on the left and the freshly ground on the right). The container for the ground coffee is an added bonus as it keeps the coffee fresh for a couple of days. The sleeve that goes at the bottom comes off very easily, but it doesn't impact the grinder performance.

arm exercise/toning device, handily also grinds coffee well
the good- my arm muscles are getting really, really toned seems reasonably well made excellent grinds produced the bad- it takes 200+ turns to grind enough coffee for my little "6 cup" (1 mug!) moka pot the rubber grippy base is useless for holding in your hands, absolutely refuses to stay in place I'm now a coffee snob who can taste the difference between fresh ground and not

Great coffee grinder. Couldn't be happier.
Build quality is great. Quite compact and easily stored. Really nice touches like the ceramic burrs, rubber non slip base for the glass jar, lid for glass jar and adjustable coarseness. Been using for a while now and it's been faultless and shows no sign of issues. The lid on the jar has kept any left overs really fresh so is obviously air tight. Compared to other coffee grinders I've had this is by far the best.

Not the easiest
Good grinder for filter coffee, not so much for espresso. It's not the easiest to change the grind setting, but it works if you have a benchmark of where you were (it doesn't have numbers, so if you change beans it's almost like starting from scratch to find the right grind size for new beans). Also not the most comfortable to grind.

Perfect grind for espresso or moka
I use this for freshly grinding coffee beans for my Moka Express/Dama Nuova pots and for my Gaggia Classic expresso machine and it does the job perfectly, quieter and for much less outlay than a decent electric burr grinder would cost you. It takes a couple of minutes to get enough ground coffee for a 3-cup moka pot/double expresso and maybe 4 or 5 minutes for my 6-cup Moka pot but the grind is consistent enough every time. It does take a bit of effort and occasionally the hopper doesn't feed beans without a little shake but it doesn't wake the neighbours like a decent electric burr grinder does! It's also quick and easy to dismantle and clean unlike electric burr grinders.

Does the job after a well know hack
I bought this after watching a video on how to hack this product with a hand drill, basically you change the top nut for a 10mm nut on the handle screw, it’s pretty easy to do and the nut only cost 20p. Then you can use an electric hand drill to turn the handle, and it works a treat. Plus I’ll be able to take it camping which you can’t do with the electric burr grinders. I have since purchasing this seen smaller electric burr grinders but I think this was still the better option as you get a decent sized burr at a lower price.

great grinder (and fits on a kilner jar)
I've had this grinder for two years and its done very good service in daily grinding for that whole time. I would definitely recommend it. Unfortunately the glass receptacle chipped this morning (I've dropped it A LOT - this is a result of my clumsiness, not the product) and I realised I can also screw it onto a Kilner jar so after thinking it was time to replace, I now have it mounted on a Kilner jar and back to work. Another point in its favour for me. (It looks like you can also buy replacement jars from Hario.)

I have different grinder up to a few hundred bucks. This one works good and is the best buy in this price class. Perfect for low volumes eg 2 cups. The grind adjustment makes the difference But be carefull to buy and receive the original !

Awesome coffee grinder! I use this for my french press and it works perfectly. It might take some experimentation to get the right grind coarseness dialled in but once you do the grinds are very consistent. Something to keep in mind is that this is not the fastest way to grind your coffee... A 1/2 cup of beans takes a few minutes of constant grinding and switching between tired hands. I only use it for my weekend coffee so it's not a problem for me but I might look for something else if I was going to use it every morning. (hint: creative use of a nut, a few washers and a drill with a socket bit make grinding infinitely easier but probably won't be great for the life expectancy of the grinder...) Definitely a very well-built and handy tool. I wouldn't hesitate to buy again.
