Good quality cough syrup that doesn't make you gag or contain high alcohol content like some.I use it to supplement my asthma medication as I find/think it helps a bit. So I don't have to have too much steroid.Could be cheaper though as higher priced than some cough syrups and I am sure the ingredients aren't that expensive.
