This really works!!!
I was skeptical about something like this, but no longer! I believe I have been on it for about nine months and I can tell you they really work. For me it started being quite effective within the first month. At one point I was getting inconsistent about taking them and immediately started having hot flashes again. Once I got back on consistently, I have none. No more hot flashes and no night sweats. They really worked wonders for me. My only concern now is, how do you know when to go off of them? I don't want to risk it so I will stay on it and cut back occasionally just to see how my body is doing. They are a little pricey, but it's definitely worth the cost!

Really works
Totally works. I needed to ease my body into this by only taking half the dosage for several months, then as my hot flashes became more frequent I am now taking the full dosage. My flashes are definitely shorter and less intense. I take these pills at night, before bed, per my doctors orders which made a big difference.

Any reduction in hot flashes can NOT be attributed to this product
I tried this after my gyno was hesitant to put me on hormone or bio hormone replacement because of my family history of high blood pressure and suggested this. I was having several dripping with sweat, unbearable hot flashes, chills night sweats, and several other complications attributed to perimenopause. I took it for about a month and noticed no difference. In month 2, I noticed there were days when the symptoms weren't as severe and attributed it to this supplement. I set up a pill container to easily take whatever meds I needed, and that was when I realized I'd accidentally put an iron supplement in place of the Relizen and hadn't noticed because I was taking them with other meds in a dark room and the pills are virtually identical in shape and size. In other words, I had been taking a placebo without knowing, and the results were the same as if I'd not taken it at all. My improved symptoms were simply the result of other circumstances such as alcohol intake, sleep, dehydration, and fluctuation hormones. It was an expensive experiment. The best thing I can say about it was that it didn't seem to cause any other problems. I'm sorry to say, this doesn't work. Those of us who are not taking HRT will have to continue our search for relief. *I'm getting a new gyno. Besides suggesting this quackery, she also suggested acupuncture. I should have run from this office, despite her being a Northwestern doctor. I'd have gotten medical as good from my friend who reads tarot as this PhD.

It worked for me, mostly !
I've read a lot of reviews for this product, and wanted to give it a fair chance to work before writing a review. I have been having hot flashes for about 7 years. I read if you take 1200UI of Vitamin E it will help. I did that for the first few years, and it seemed to help, or it was a placebo. Then I got lazy and quit taking it, I thought I was done with hot flashes. Then they came back with vengeance. The vitamin E was not helping, (you also have to take vitamin E for several days/weeks before you know if it's going to work). My hot flashes were almost constant, 24/7, like someone was turning on and off a light switch. This lasted for several months, perhaps even a couple of years. I'm anti hormone treatment, but I was to the point where I was willing to try anything my Dr. suggested. She suggested this exact product. Bonafide-Relizen. I started taking this late last spring, (six months ago), and it takes several weeks before you see any results, and it is a lot of money to spend on an experiment. One reason I waited so long to give a review, I needed to see if it was working for me. And, now that we are heading into winter, I wanted to see how I would feel once my husband started the wood stove up again. One thing, I have finally learned to dress in layers, if I'm hot, take off a layer, or two. As for the Relizen, I'd say it's doing a really good job. I still get hot flashes, but I can now go several days without one. All I had to do , before, was think about a hot flash and I'd get one. While writing this review I haven't gotten one. I'm very happy to have my hot flashes in check. You have to remember, we are all different, our hormones are all different, and constantly changing while we go through this wonderful time in our lives. Hot flashes, as bad as they can be, (and they can be miserable), are still better then any day on my period. If your trying to decide if you should take this or not, why else read reviews, what do you have to loose? It's either going to work or it's not. Good luck. (PS, another symptom I started having last winter, not only several hot flashes per day, but pitting out! I haven't pitted out since I was in my teens! This is also stopped in the past couple of months). Whew!

After 5 weeks, it finally began to work ... and then stopped working at 8 months
My hot flashes weren't SEVERE; as in, I never had sweat literally running down my body. But several times a day I would get pink and flushed, and beads of sweat would pop up on my face and also all over my body. Both daytime and nighttime. At the worst, my bra would get damp. After taking this stuff for about a week, I felt like the frequency of hot flashes had decreased a small amount. It also felt like the degree (meaning temperature) went down just a little. Like if the flashes previously caused a 5-degree spike in my temperature, now they were causing only a 4.5-degree spike. Now after taking it for almost 5 weeks, I think the frequency has definitely dropped, although I still get 1 or 2 hot flashes a day, plus 3 or 4 every night. But they definitely aren't as severe either. They only last for like 30 seconds, and I don't end up feeling clammy most of the time; my clothing is no longer damp as the result of a hot flash. A friend of mine said it took a full 6 weeks for hers to completely vanish using this product; so we'll see what happens for me by the end of this second bottle. Update (dropped a star): After taking it for three full months, my hot flashes & night sweats did vanish entirely. It was bliss! Unfortunately, after only about 5 months of total relief, they are gradually starting to come back again. They are still pretty mild - only 2 or 3 times each day and each night, and they never make me sweat, just feel a bit too warm. It's still a whole lot better than it was before I started taking this at all. But I'm worried that the effects will continue wearing off, and in a couple months I'll be back to where I was when I started. It would be one thing if this stuff was 10 bucks; but as many have pointed out, it's EXPENSIVE! I'm not willing to spend it if it doesn't work. So I'm now hunting for something else that might work better.

Impressed with Results so far at 28 days!
(update at bottom) My mom takes a lot of herbs and supplements, often sending me various items that don't seem to do much. I am the skeptical one, trusting science and the FDA over items with no real oversight. That is not to say I am not wary of pharmaceuticals because they usually have side effects. I think it is important to understand my mindset going into this so you realize I am hard to impress. Now onto my experience: I immediately was put off by the price of this product and the fact that they claim it takes up to two months to work. They could rake in quite a bit of money before customers realize it doesn't work for them. That said, I had been researching ways to deal with hot flashes without using hormones. Most of the other researched options seemed to have worse side effects than the hot flashes themselves. Aside from staying in the A/C with ceiling fans in every room, I had already purchased a neck fan, a small rechargeable fan I use in the bed while sleeping, various floor fans, ice packs, and an ice hat. All of these things were helpful, but not practical when out and about. My hot flashes didn't cause me to flush terribly like some people but they would come on suddenly and change me from cuddling with blankets (my normal self) to feeling like I was suddenly a sauna incarnate. I was often stripping down to tank tops in desperate attempts to quickly cool off. I could probably deal with these if I knew it would be over in a year, but hearing some women suffer these for years, I had to try something. The first week taking these pills, I wasn't sure I noticed anything. The second week the hot flash intensity and frequency seemed to dial down, but I wasn't completely trusting it yet, wondering if I was just imagining it. By the end of the third week, I was having days with no hot flashes at all. By the fourth week, I am hot flash free. I did have one night sweat, but I wasn't having those regularly anymore even before the meds. They seem to come and go for me for years now. I live in Florida so it is very hot. My office gets up to 80 with a/c and multiple fans some days. I have a low body temp and have adapted to that before the hot flashes. Now I am back to being able to tolerate it again. Some days I get a little warm, but it is sweltering here in the summer. I am just not getting those horrible overwhelming hot flash feelings I had before trying this product. Only time will tell whether it will last or my body will adapt to this. I will update my review if anything changes. My guess is this product may not work for everyone and it may only lesson the intensity for some people. My lower body temperature might make me the perfect candidate to knock them out completely. Half of my hot flashes wouldn't take me to the sweat phase and the other half were just that initial prickly release of your body attempting to cool off but there was no dripping sweat (if that makes sense). If you are suffering and can afford these, I say give them a try. Also check your valupak coupon envelopes in the mail because I saw a coupon come this week, which I wish I had before. (20% off) I am going to see if I can try to use it for a future purchase, although it is for new customers, which is lame. Update: I removed one star so far because I am starting to experience some potentially negative side effects from this, although I do remain hot - flash free. I have become very bloated, my breasts are larger (not a negative ;-), my breasts are tender, my stomach seems a little off/change in stool consistency, and I have been feeling more emotional/bothered by things. Essentially I feel like I have PMS! Is this a coincidence and have a reached a new phase of menopause? Maybe... but I won't know for sure unless I go off this. I am trying to decide if hot flashes are worse than these symptoms. Maybe I could back off and take a half dose or stay on it for one week, off for one week or something similar. I will have to report back.

Amazing Product!!! It works!!!!
First let me say I had a hysterectomy for health reasons 2017. I was left with one ovary and one Fallopian tube. Not having a monthly menses was pure joy. Then one day all of a sudden I felt intense internal heat and broke out in a sweat. I felt as though I was being cooked alive from the neck to the waist. It lasted for about 4 minutes and subsided. Let’s say that occurred about 6 times that day. I thought it was due to my thyroid. That night I couldn’t sleep. I was so hot and sweaty I couldn’t take it. It was March on Long Island, NY but I had my bedroom windows opened and the ceiling fan on with no relief. I realized I must be having hot flashes. I’ve heard women complain about hot flashes for a long time but let me tell you, you can only truly appreciate their suffering when you go through it. It’s exactly how every one says. One second you’re blazing hot, get half naked and then you’re freezing cold. I did some research and came across Relizen and figured I’d give it a try. I’m in the medical profession and I’m not a fan of herbal supplements or natural remedies but when you’re suffering you’ll try almost anything. I was hopeful. The reviews said it took about 3 months before they noticed any changes by in my case after 3 weeks the hot flashes were completely gone and it’s now June. After that I signed up for auto delivery so I’m never without or worrying about reordering. This product is amazing and works like it says. Full disclosure, I also use black cohosh and vitamin E as well. I swear by this product and it works. The pills have no taste which is good and their small enough to swallow without difficulty. I do plan on starting hormone replacement therapy as I’m still young and the risks are a lot less. My appointment isn’t until August so until then and perhaps even after I’ll be using this.

NIGHT SWEATS
This product has worked well for Night Swears. I am 86, yes that;s right, and 2 years ago I experienced what should have happened in my fifties. One of the two gynecologists I went to for relief suggested I try Relizen. It took awhile but it works for me. The night sweats I required To add extra protection on my sheets.
