Nice for the price, I recommend!
These are a great price, cheaper than what I usually get at Walmart with the Great Value 3 pack. The tissues are two ply, but not as soft. If you I get a cold, I won't be using these, my nose be be so raw after about 5 sneezes.But for once a sine use here and there, these will do fine. I did rub a tissue together a few times (like cleaning laundry) and it got really soft, so maybe these would be good.

Not easy to pull out
While the Facial Tissue is soft, it is not easy to get out of the box without pulling a few of them out or you pull one out and the next one is not easily ready to pull out.
