This has helped speed up the process of washing cups and steam pitchers at my coffee shop. I ran about 100 cups through it it’s first day. The hardest part of set up was drilling through my sink.

Ok here is the skinny on it. The actual brush the concept is good. But what happens is ok. At the moment people have all these stainless steel cups. That can’t dishwash. Perfect. The brush isn’t wide enough to brush in the cup. Ok then nose the cup around. Problem is the wheel that activates the rinse isn't wide enough as well. There is. Roughly half inch diameter gap around the wheel move cup to much water every where. Side note, the walls are not high enough the over spray tends to an issue as well

The brush is driven by two opposing spray, nozzles in the base, the moment a cup touches the brush the brush stops, so it doesn’t scrub anything. I ended up, just taking the brush off and allowing those spray nozzles at the bottom to hit the top inside portion of the inverted cup being rinsed.

I was so excited for this item. We often have residue in the bottom of glasses (leave wine in bottom of glass and it dries, smoothie making, etc). This thing does exactly as it promises- it rinses all the gunk out that a dishwasher really can’t. It gets all our water bottles the cleanest they’ve ever been. In a pinch for time, I’ll add a squirt of soap to a cup then place it on this and they’re clean as new. We installed it easy and without issue.
