Had this for dinner tonight.
I eat this brand of pasta because I am gluten free. This is the closest to regular pasta that I have found. This is my go to brand. The price and convenience of buying them on Amazon can't be beat.

Pasta texture without the gluten
Tinkyada pasta is the only substitute I've found that has a very similar texture to regular wheat pasta without the gluten. Thank you!!

Love this pasta
I try to stay away from wheat pasta as it has given me digestive problems in the past. This pasta is perfect. It does not get mushy and holds its shape and works well hot or cold.

Great flavor, good quality, pricey
My favorite non-wheat pasta, I use it for mac n cheese, pasta in sauce, for any pasta need. Cooks easily, needs only a couple minutes longer than wheat pasta. Tastes great and digests easily. Just a bit too expensive nowadays.

Best gluten free noodles
I use these exclusively. They're tasty, not mushy, and it's hard to remember what gluey pasta tasted like after eating these. My only complaint is I wish there was some consistency of availability and pricing. One day you get a great deal, the next day you have to take out a second mortgage to buy the same bag because it's three times more expensive and there's huge shipping costs attached.

perfect pasta every time....
They even have an energy-saving way to cook the pasta (all of their pastas that I have used have the same method included) by bringing the water to a boil, adding pasta, cooking 1-2 minutes, then cover and turn off stove...let sit for 16-18 minutes and it is done, done, done! No hovering over a pot of boiling water! They stress that even a little overcooking won't make it mushy and they're right. It seems fail-proof and is delicious to boot. Experiment with different cooking times for hot pasta or cold pasta salad and get it down to the way you want it.....softer if the kids like only "white" pasta, etc., and you'll be eating healthier before you know it! Try it!
