I’m a 32C cup and needed to replace my well worn running bras which were all Shock Absorbers. I’ve bought two of these. They fit like a dream and are adjustable which is good when one shoulder is lower than the other 😂I’ve run in them, lay on the floor to do yoga and cycled in them. Extremely comfortable, no bounce and the colours are lovely. I’ll be ordering more of these. Such good value.

This bra is so comfortable to wear, the straps don't fall off my shoulders, and I can't feel my boobs moving as I dance. Exactly what I wanted!

I'm pleased I bought this bra. I use it for running - road and cross-country, usually an hour at a time. My last sports bra was an M&S one and I was worried that any other brand might be sized differently but this one fitted absolutely as I would expect in my usual size (38C). It is not wired so does not rub like my M&S one.I was careful to buy a bra that has adjustable shoulders as I am tall (5'10) so need the extra body length. The back fastenings have the usual choice of settings and here too I was, as usual, on the third hook. There are two pairs, for security, but the uppermost one is a little far up the back to reach until you get used to it.The only negative in my opinion is how hot and heavy the bra is, though I don't know if it's possible to have the support without this drawback. I might just invest in a pricey high-tech one some time just to feel a bit more airy.

the double bands at the back are a god send, it really helped with back pain. good support and comfortable fit for larger sizes (im a 38H). i was hesitant about the padding at first because i steer clear of bras that might add more onto my bust, i'm pretty self conscious about it, but the padding is barely noticeable is has been great the last few days with the higher than normal temperatures.

I've realised this year that I am just not suited to racer back sports bras (which is a shame as I have drawer full of them!). They give me neck ache and back ache, especially on a long run. So I sought out a good quality sports bra that I could use for running that just had normal type straps. I'm so glad that I came across the Syrokan as it's absolutely perfect for me! Very supportive, nicely molded, comfy and adjustable thick straps and I really like the double set of hooks at the back. Yes the boob section gets a little warm if the sun is blazing but as the band fabric is breathable mesh, overall it doesn't get unbearably hot. I can put this bra on and forget about it, whereas racer backs would push into my neck from the start. I think the sizing is good - I'm an awkward 38C and that size fitted perfectly. Only negative is that I feel that some of the stretchiness of the band has been lost since after washing it a few times. Maybe I should have gone with a cold wash instead of a 40C. But I still love it and am just about to buy another! Amazing for the price too!

This does the job although it has more padding than I thought it would. It felt more like a corset going on and pushes everything up so it could almost be used as a push up bra! But its fine for working out so in that sense it does the job. Not 100% restrictive - there is a lot of movement and bouncing! but supportive enough that it doesn't hurt which is the main thing for me. I wouldn't buy again but its fine for the gym.
