I read that cinnamon was good for some health conditions, then the deeper I read the more that it was only Ceylon cinnamon that was beneficial. So I have started with Tea, one cup a day. Bit early to say anything about being healthier, but a lovely cuppa that makes me think I am being righteous.

I love this tea, I have 2 cups a day with the same tea bag. I did read a comment where someone said they used it 4 times, but personally twice is enough for me because I think the taste and strength would be lost.I will definitely be ordering again.

Whether in culinary or beverage form, I have enjoyed regular cinnamon for years, but the standard product that you buy can be a little coarse - in both after-taste and grind.I'm well aware of the two types of cinnamon, and that today's cinnamon products contain far more Cinnamon Cassia than True Cinnamon, not least because Cassia is significantly less expensive.I wanted to experience True Cinnamon, and so I purchased these tea bags (and 1lb. of powder).These tea bags deliver a level of subtlety and delicacy that is unlike 'standard issue' cinnamon tea bags. Take time to make your tea .... boil fresh, cold water ..... steep for at least five minutes ..... do not re-use the tea bags unless you want to drink a 'bouquet of cinnamon' as opposed to a 'flavour of cinnamon'.I'm glad I made the purchase. Will I re-purchase? Quite possibly.

I am Type 2 Diabetic and wouldn't ever be without CINNAMON tea bags! It is available in a smaller size - in a tin of 20 tea bags. which is just right for me! The larger size of 40 tea bags gave me a perfect opportunity to SHARE with friends who have large families - that will keep them going for a long time. The tea can be enjoyed by everyone, not just those with Type 2 Diabetes. One tea bag makes TWO CUPS - very economical!I've also invested in a DIFFUSER and Cinnamon Bark Oil - available from Ceylon Cinnamon in Sri Lanka! The ever-changing coloured lights are a continual joy!!!

I have bought this direct from the company. I love it. I received this thru amazon. I opened up container and all I smelled was a chemical smell? Plastic? I took a bag out and could barely smell cinnamon. Is this normal? I tried to contact seller and guess not sure how to follow prompts. Says available for refund but won't let me. I want it but this strong smell concerns me. Any thoughts?
