I bought this bag after extensive research into all the brands and styles of bags out on the market. Like I’m that lady that goes to Target, BuyBuyBaby, Walmart and you know my first stop was always Babies R Us (RIP BRU, I miss you everyday and when you went under my heart broke when you announced that you would be no more and when your founder Lazarus died of a “broken heart” a piece of my heart died too!) I would go to stores so I could see the best rated products on amazon in person, excessive research before any purchase but especially before something so crutial as a diaper bag! This one has EVERY feature you could ever want; a removable purse for you, 2 insulated bottle pockets, a changing pad, can be carried as a backpack or a shoulder bag, the list seriously goes on forever! But what really makes this bag worth it is the customer service! I had my bag for about 7 months, one day my husband was in a hurry so when the bag was stuck he really yanked it and ripped my bag. Not a huge unrepairable rip, he broke about an inch of the seam around the detachable purse so definitely easily repairable if need be. I contacted the seller Cedar Group LLC via messenger, told them about the my ripped bag and asked if there was anything that they could do. I figured they would say no or maybe they would let me send it in to be repaired if I was lucky. Boy was I wrong, they asked to see my proof of purchase and sent me a new bag! Then when I asked what I needed to do to get them the damaged bag and they said no need to return the used bag, you can donate it if it’s still functional. I was blown away by that response and at their suggestion I did donate to a very deserving person who texts me all the time thanking me for the amazing bag. Its rare to find good customer service but their customer service is so much better then good, they’re AMAZEBALLS! I wish I could give them more stars!

This is my first review ever as I've never had any issues with their products, but I recently got this diaper bag and I'm writing this late because I just had my baby, so I've been really busy. The only complaint I have is that one of the zipper tabs was broken when i received it so I can't open the flap the way I'm supposed to by pulling on the white hoop. I'm bummed bc I though $50 was pricey for a diaper bag. I could have just picked one up at target for that price...otherwise I really like the bag. Very roomy and practicalUpdate: I just received a replacement in the mail! I was not expecting that. Amazing. Thank you cedar group! I love that I can continue using this bag:)

Don’t spend 200 bucks on a “jujube be prepared” bag. I have three kids and this bag is roomy and awesome, and I can wear it as a backpack in a pinch, which you can’t with jujube’s big bag. This bag fits a full change of clothes for all three kids, diapers, vaseline, sunblock, bug spray, pull-ups for the one potty training, my whole first aid bag, my nursing cover, snacks and bibs and spoons, sunglasses, hats, even my foldable outdoor blanket, sippy cup, my water bottle, and it doesn’t all get lost. Also i am constantly holding the baby and ripping it open with one hand to grab something. The one handed zipper is AWESOME and genius. And the mom pouch - why doesn’t every bag have this? I keep my makeup, brush, hair ties, extra pair of glasses, phone, etc. here. when i go out with the kids, it stays attached. When i take the kids tograndmas, I drop them off with the bag, rip the mom pouch off the front, and leave on my date with my husband, without having to move all my personalstuff from bag to bag. Also, the gray looks so classy. And for a 35 dollar bag, the customer service and warranty can’t be beat. They sent me a new one when the lining on the outer pocket ripped even when i had purchased it over a year ago, saying that was just a guideline and they would stand behind the bags any time. They did it without any photos of the rip or me even mailing my bag back, immediately, and it was here in two days.Seriously, with that kind of customer service and guarantee, why ever pay more? Best bag I have had, and I have gone through lots. Kid number three!

Bag is very cute and large! Mostly happy with it. However, the Handle on top is sewn into top of bag so I'd be afraid to hang it from there because I would be afraid of it ripping the seam of bag. And I wasn't aware that the shoulder strap is just a piece of fabric that you loop through the side rings. There are no clips. Also, in pamphlet that comes with bag, it shows the stroller straps as the same pattern as the bag. But it does come with the black ones as shown on here. I would have preferred the same pattern as bag but that is not really a big issue. My main concern is the top handle that is sewn into the top seam of the bag.I will be returning and reordering a non-damaged oneUPDATE: Seller contacted me and is sending out new bag and told me to donate this bag to charity or person in need. EXCELLENT customer service! Will be recommending this company to friends and family.

So first of all, I thought this would be a fabric, but it is a swishy material all over, as inside. Which is fine, but feels a little cheaper material to me. Also as soon as I opened it, I noticed how thin feeling the main strap felt. I feel like it would break or doesn’t have enough support on my shoulder. Way to thin! There is a little handle on top of the bag, “for the backpack look” but it doesn’t make sense to have it only on one side, I feel like it should have two for a better grab on the bag.I just felt like all in all grabbing, or picking this bag up felt difficult for how big it is. I do like all the pockets! Which is why I bought it in the first place! But the strap issue was too much for me that I am returning this item sadly :(

I have 3 kids (4yo, 2yo, 3 month old) and this is hands-down the best diaper bag ever. Quality is outstanding! Amazing versatility, lightweight, the zip-off compartment is great (although I rarely use it), it has a perfectly sized large storage area with additional pockets, and we don't use bottles but the large outer end pockets are perfect for a sippy cups, thermos funtainers, or my own water bottle. It also comes with a stroller straps and clips easily on and off. I receive compliments on this diaper bag frequently and highly recommended it to any new or expecting mothers, as well as to others who may just want a bigger bag for helping to manage their older kids' things.

The manufacturing is poor quality. The front zipper ripped off in 3 months with the bag being used occasionally. Its hard to organize items in the main pocket of the bag. The large compartment zipper says it's one hand opening which is the case only if you place the zipper at a certain position.The detachable diaper pouch is difficult to reattach to the bag.The changing mat is very thin and does not wash easily with soap and water. Also the mat takes a long time to dry.The shoulder straps are very uncomfortable to wear.I am currently looking for a replacement for this bag after 3 months of use.

I just received this this bag yesterday but I like it already. I can't say anything about the durability yet, but it is large. I have twins, so everything is double and this bag has got the space for that. I also like that it is washable, just plunk it in the washer and lay to dry.

Le sac est très grand mais les gances ( pour bandoulière et sac à dos) vraiment fait cheap. Je l'ai retourné car je ne saurais comment le poids du sac aurait pu être supportépar celles-ci

My 190cm husband loves it. He required a big bag. It’s perfect for him. He uses a carrying way on his shoulder. I use a carrying way on my back. We can put a lot of stuff in it.
